The ongoing repair works at the entrance (temporary issue). The parking placed across the road. The quality/price of the restaurant (we had thai food dishes).

La struttura è molto bella e curata. Il cibo (colazione e ristorante) era eccezionale. Cambio asciugamani giornaliero. Staff gentilissimo e pronto a soddisfare ogni tua richiesta. Centro massaggi e palestra buoni. Forse pochi spazi all’aperto dove rilassarsi ad eccezione delle due piscine non grandissime e con pochi lettini.

Appunti doverosi sulla camera: seppur moderna e curata aveva un forte odore di muffa e all’interno era davvero molto umida. Insonorizzazione inesistente, si sentiva tutto sia da fuori che dalle camere accanto. Letto comodo, cuscini migliorabili.

10 puntos para la atención del personal en general, sore todo los del desayuno que son fantásticos! Siempre con una amabilidad extraordinaria. Desayuno muy bueno, con variedad de ofertas tanto asiáticas como occidentales. El hotel está muy cerca de restaurantes, supermercados, y de la playa Surin beach que tiene unos atardeceres maravillosos y buena oferta de alimentación a precios muy asequibles. Nos encantó la verdad. Además fuimos caminando a otras playas cercanas como Kamala beach o las que quedan hacia más al norte.

Nos tocó en una habitación de la tercera planta sin ascensor, y los escalones eran muy pequeños en los que casi no caben el pie debiendo subir y bajar con cuidado cada vez que accedíamos a la habitación. Sacando eso todo muy bien.

Accoglienza, luogo, grandezza della camera e pulizia sia della stanza che di tutti i luoghi all'interno della struttura. Colazione varia ed abbondante. Cibo nel ristorante buono. Ottimo il centro benessere nel suo interno. Posizione ottima per relax, lontana dalla confusione caotica.

Mooi hotel en zwembad, instagram waardig maar vooral het personeel was geweldig. Zeer vriendelijk maar ook nog eens professioneel. Elk verzoek/ vraag werd onmiddellijk opgepakt. Twee keer n lekkere massage in het hotel gehad. En bovenal, heerlijk gegeten en gedronken bij Nalu, het grill&bar restaurant gelegen in het hotel! Lekkere cappuccino en hier ook weer, geweldig personeel!

De hagedissen maar die heb je overal in Thailand!

The room was very good, was cleaned every day and overall, a good service. The beach was 3 minutes walking from the hotel. Breakfast was a buffet which provided a lot of nice options.

Loved the intimate setup of the place with plenty of good room options to suit all travellers. Half board menu allowed plenty of choice. Staff were wonderful as was the pool areas, gym, and proximity to the beach! Staff were super welcoming and helpful with items to take to the beach etc.

Nothing much - perhaps another bathroom in the duplexes would have been more comfortable for a family of 4. More attentive service at the pool would be great but is not a game changer as the area is small and staff were always close by.

The property is stunning. The location is right on surin beach. It’s a quiet little slice of paradise in Phuket. The grounds are clean and have two great swimming pools. I had the longer pool sweet and it is so spacious, very comfortable bed and a cute outdoor seating area for privacy. The bathroom was huge with a nice big shower. The attention to detail here is beautiful.

Breakfast was good! Location very ideal to see sunset and sunrise on beach. It was lovely..

Локация супер. От пляжа 2 минуты, от магазина 5. От недорогого ресторанчика 5. Спокойно. Просторно. Хороший ресторан с большими блюдами. Брали полупансион, так что совсем не парились. Шикарный завтрак. На полупансионе дают выбрать два блюда из меню и это даже для меня иного.

Цены в ресторане, если жить только на завтраках. На ужине не в включены никакие напитки.

- der Wäscheservice war im Vergleich teuer, hat aber sehr gut funktioniert - Dach war bei starkem Regen undicht, unser Zimmer wurde nass (haben wir gemeldet) - die Hotelumgebung ist nicht hübsch, wer ein Ausblick möchte findet den hier nicht (hat uns nicht gestört)

There was a warm, welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. There were plenty ty of staff ready to help whenever possible. The hotel is very close to the beach, small restaurants and convenience shops. The breakfast was good with a big selection of food and drinks. I love they offer decaf coffee.

Nothing our stay was brilliant. However, a mirror in the room would add to the brilliance of the hotel.

- super freundliches Personal, absolut zuvorkommend, erfüllt jeden möglichen Wunsch zeitnah - Das Zimmer durften wir nach 1 Tag wechseln, da wir gerne das gebuchte Zimmer wollten und keins mit Treppen zum Bett. Das war am 2. Tag dann möglich und ganz unkompliziert - Frühstück ist ausreichend, Joghurt, Müsli, Brot, Eier frisch zubereitet (Rührei, simpler, Spiegelei etc.), Thaifrühstück, Nutella etc. Man wird auf jeden Fall fündig ! Cappuccino schmeckte auch. - Die Zimmer sind sehr schön & geräumig wie auf den Bildern. Betten bequem. Wir hatten zusätzlich noch ein Gerät, welches die Luftfeuchtigkeit reduziert hat, somit trockneten unsere Sachen auch dementsprechend schnell ! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 Leider keinen Ganzkörperspiegel, aber dafür möchte ich auch keinen Punkt abziehen, das wäre unfair. Kühlschrank ebenfalls im Zimmer, gut funktionierende Klimaanlage - Sehr gutes WLAN - Die Lage war toll, direkt am Surin Beach und als Tipp: links an der Strandbar am Surin Beach vorbei führt ein ca 10-15 minütiger Weg über ein paar Felsen und man ist am Leam Sing Beach, den man sonst nur von der Aussichtsplattform bestaunen kann. Ein absoluter Traumstrand ohne viele Menschen !!! - Preis Leistung in diesem Hotel passt einfach. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Uns hat das Outrigger so gut gefallen, dass wir direkt weiter ins Outrigger Khao Lak gezogen sind 😁

In any description this is a five star resort. FABULOUS front office and housekeeping staff. Beautiful big room. Gym. Two pools and funky F&B outlets. Any questions!? Yes when do we book again! We actually thought Guest was the GM at check in. Such was his presentation, warm smile and general respect you could see the rest of the staff had for him. Cut from the hotelier GM’s cloth. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What can I say. This place was amazing. The room was lovely (we booked a pool access room for 10nights.) Equipped with everything. Gym was good, plenty of weights and a few machines. We could not fault the staff. They went out of their way, made you feel special. The lovely Matt at reception would greet us by our names every time. All reception staff were wonderful. Girls at breakfast were amazing. Thank you to Juice, Gai, Apple, Koi and Nim. We will miss you girls. Hopefully we will come back again. As we left everyone came out to wave us goodbye. Restaurants at the beach were not far from the resort. Beach was lovely. Could not fault this place. Highly recommend it

Staff (reception, kitchen and cleaning) done an absolutely amazing job. All our questions were answered, all requests satisfied. In the kitchen - they would prepare any coffee you ask, any drinks. Reception - give you best suggestions where to go and where to eat. Especial thank you goes to young lady name Tanya.

Room was a bit small (I know we requested). Extra chair on the balcony (even small one) would be good.

It's a beautiful hotel, and our final for a 4 week visit to Thailand. The bed and pillows were excellent, the room visually beautiful. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

There was no storage space in the room. We had 6 clothes hangers for 2 people, and there was no drawers or shelves to put our clothes. This meant for our stay our suitcases were taking up space in the room unnecessarily.

Mooi resort. Onze kamer had een fijn en groot 2-persoonsbed. Het restaurant is goed (aan de prijzige kant) en de locatie is fijn met het strand recht tegenover het hotel en een straat met restaurants, winkels, massage etc om de hoek. Wij huurden een scooter om Phuket te verkennen (Patong is een half uurtje rijden).

Voor ons geen probleem maar voor degenen slecht ter been: er is geen lift

Nice spacious rooms with excellent Aircon. The staff were very friendly and polite at all times. The main reception and eating area would benefit from Aircon. Only two negatives were the restaurant next door going through renovation so the curb appeal of the hotel was compromised. Laundry service was grossly over priced yet they did a good job.
