Great location and had everything we needed for our stay including washing machine and dryer which was great to have!

TV was terrible but we didn’t watch it much so wasn’t that big a deal! Lady from reception tried to help and stated they were being upgraded soon.

Fully equipped kitchen. Great location, just a short walk to town and the gondola. Nice and quiet, no noise from neighbours. The staff were really friendly and helpful and were happy to accomodate a few extras that I requested, eg: a porta cot / leaving bags at reception on the last day.

The beds were totally fine but quite hard, and the noisy rubbish truck came at 4.30am! (But that must just be a Queenstown thing? Obviously nothing to do with these apartments.)

size was great. cleanliness was faultless and had everything you would need. fantastic balcony with dining bench. not to far from town centre. great views.

no child safety catch on outside door which meant we had to constantly make sure our 2 and 3 year old weren’t trying to escape. no air con in bedrooms but fans were provided so can’t complain.

Really beautiful accommodation that's super close to town. It was clean, spacious, comfortable and had a great kitchen with everything you could need. The view is lovely and we enjoyed having a little outdoor area too, parking is also a great bonus. Staff were super lovely! We had a fantastic stay here and would definitely come back.

The apartment was clean and tidy, nice space and good location. Had all the amenities and nice wee outdoor space. Enjoyed our stay.

Close to town, only 9 minutes walk. Comfy beds clean apartment. Very quiet. Cool views of gondala, mountains and people paraponting off the mountain and landing in the nearby park. Clean kitchen. Staff helpful, the fan in the bathroom didn't turn off and was noisy and staff came immediately to check and remedy. Close to supermarket.

Apartment no where near the photos of the 2 bedroom apartments on the website, and what we were expecting for the price. We found this quite shocking. Shower had low pressure and kept going hot/cold. Wifi didn't reach any of the bedrooms so kids were really annoyed. Reach seemed only about 6 or less meters. TV had terrible reception for basic free to air channels, color all distorted. Only a few channels, we not interested in Sky sport or movies. TV basically unwatchablefor our family. Lounge seating a big let down, we were expecting two lush lounge suites like the website photos. There was a firm leather two seater (not cozy and was cold to sit on) and two wooden armchairs also not cozy to spread out on. Balcony was a bit tatty, again not what we expected compared to the photos and description on the website.

LOVED that we were just outside the town but still only 5min walk in to town. Also great location for walking to the Gondola, Luge, pubs, dining. Fantastic location. Had everything we needed and easy walk down to the grocery shop also. Kitchen, bedroom, bathroom & lounge all spacious and comfortable.
