Easy in and out, clear communication and rules, overall nice stay

The setup was perfect for our group. Good size kitchen, we loved the backyard and the game room. Super close to Disneyland, but far enough away that you felt like you were in a nice neighborhood area. The area is quiet and clean. The house had plenty of extra linens and towels. Communication with the property manager was super easy. Definitely will stay again on our next visit!

We had a fabulous time here. It was big enough for 10 of us, half adults, half kids. It was about 15 min drive to Disney and close the restaurants and groceries. The pool/spa was nice when we used it on our rest day.

We celebrated our work retreat to Disneyland with our team here. We loved the home, especially the outdoor space. Our only complaint is that you can't enjoy the outdoor space or make any noise between 10 pm and 9 am, which was limiting. That and the home was right off the main busy street. Other than that, we loved it.

The house was lovely and perfectly situated between la and sandiego whetr most of our plans were set up. 10 out of 10

We really enjoyed our stay there. 5 minute drive to Disney. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and the house was nice and spacious with lots of room to spread out. Wonderful pool area for the kids and even a game room to keep them entertained.

Place clean and was in communication with company a lot understand the city has noise ordinance, but when all was there would have like to sit out and talked outside instead of being in house

This property met and exceeded our expectations. Great location and spacious rooms for all twelve of us. Great set up for multiple families staying together. Providing amenities for the toddlers was so convenient. And we loved the pool! Highly recommend and would stay there again.

Overall our stay went as smooth as possible. Unfortunately we didn’t use the pool or game room. We didn’t enjoy the property as much since we were more at Disney and Universal most of the time

My family of 8 loved this house, plenty of space for everyone, cute, clean and had everything we needed. Hot tub a major bonus after long days at Disneyland. Only downside the road it’s on is a bit busier than a normal neighborhood road so you do hear the cars in the home and bedrooms but not extremely disruptive.

Overall the home was good. Great location in relation to Disney Parks, grocery stores and other shopping.. Cleaning left a bit to be desired mostly in the kitchen area. Floors were gritty and counter/tabletops were dusty. There was little supplied in the way of cleaning products and we had to make a grocery store run almost right away. The pool and hot tub were great, although they took a bit of practice to figure out the heating. A few more pool toys would have been nice since we did have young kids but again stores were pretty close. There were puddle jumpers for both kids which was nice. The outdoor furniture had seen better days but the barbeques were clean and both were ready to use with lots of utensils. The games room in the garage left a lot to be desired so we didn't use it. To be honest though it didn't really factor into our decision to stay here. Having stayed in a fair number of vacation rental homes what I really noticed was the lack of extras for example no board games or toys. No junk drawer with the necessaries that you don't always bring to a vacation rental like a pen, paper or rubber bands. I also like to have a vacuum handy when there are kids and outdoor space. I made this comment when asked for feedback on the cleanliness but no response. We did get a quick response when the coffee machine quit working and a brand new one was brought to us within a couple of hours. In summary I would stay here again but the place could definitely be freshened up and new outdoor furniture would be a great start. Oh ya I almost forgot, when you have a place that sleeps 10, 5 pools towels are definitely not enough.

This is a very nice property with a fantastic backyard and pool area. There were plenty of bedrooms for our group and lots of space to spread out. The house was well furnished for our visit and was an enjoyable place to stay.

My family of 9 really enjoyed this property and had just enough space with 5 bedrooms but only three single sink bathrooms. The proximity to Disneyland, Downtown Disney and Huntington beach (30 mins away) are huge positives for making a multi-day vaca a fun time for all. Pros: The property was modern and clean and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is spacious and the tap water worked fine for refilling water bottles. The pool and hot tub were clean and provided loads of fun. The home is close to Disney and was a short Uber ride to get there and back again. It’s also close enough to see and hear the Disney fireworks. They provided strollers under the stairs so didn’t have to carry all the backpacks or kids when they got tired. They also provided full size bottles of shampoo and conditioner along with blow dryers and plenty of other supplies. Funtierland was very responsive to my questions, replaced a bulb over the island, and provided more spatulas. Plenty of pool towels are in the cabinet near the downstairs bathroom. The backyard was one of the best I found in the area and the adults loved the fact that the home isn’t plastered in Disney characters. I would stay here again. Cons: Some of the furniture could use repair/replacement (e.g. the coffee table is wobbly and the couch is worn and missing some buttons. The outdoor couch cushions are VERY worn/ripped and need to be repaired). The icemaker didn’t work and the front left burner on the stove didn’t light. Other Things to Know: The gameroom floor gets VERY slick with water so be very careful. The Foosball table didn't sit level so couldn’t play it, but got good use of the shuffleboard and Pacman. No kid games inside so bring your own. Also will want to separate your trash from recyclables in the house so will be sorted when time to take out. The shades in the den don't work, but the rest did. Hope you enjoy your time there as much as we did.

We had the best time, the hot tub and pool were so much fun and the home was the perfect size for all 13 of us. Property management group was also amazing to work with and responded immediately to any requests we had. It’s very close to Disney and was just a great place to stay, we would do it again in a heartbeat!

Great location only a 3-5 min drive to Disneyland. Nice home with adequate space for a large family and/or extended family. Outdoor space was perfect for non-park days. Would absolutely stay again and recommend to others.

Overall it was a good stay, though for transparency sake for future guests here are my thoughts. The pool was lovely, though we struggled a little with turning off the hot tub (We asked the pool service guy the next day, he said sometimes the remote doesn't connect to the hub). The day we arrived someone came within an hour to drop off gas for the grill, which was nice. Though we ended up not using the grill because it was actually in DIRE need of a cleaning. We were also a bit confused, we happened to bring something out to the trash right when we got there and realized we immediately had to take out the last guests trash to the curb. I understand that you have to do certain chores during your stay, but seeing as our check in wasn't until 4pm on the towns trash day, you would think that someone would have pulled those 4 massive bins to the curb prior to arrival. The bedroom situation wasn't *quite* what we expected, as it is listed with 5 bedrooms, but the 5th is actually a den and instead of a full bed, it has a Daybed... a bit embarrassing when we promised a full grown man a bed/bedroom. The thermostat was a bit awkward as well, we would set the temperature to "Until I change it" and it would constantly go back up; making me wonder if it was being controlled remotely. We ended up replacing batteries in dead remotes, luckily my significant other is a tech guy and happened to have batteries with us. Some things were definitely a bit passed worn and could use replacing, specifically the outdoor couch cushions and the chairs in the game room. Now the plusses! The kitchen was great and spacious. The neighborhood was pretty quiet and we had no issues with neighbors. The pool was beautifully heated and well taken care of (albeit missing a tile or two) but very clean. The bed we were in was very comfortable, and there was a TON of closet space (though they need more than 4 hangers). The "kids" room was great, especially if you have older kids who aren't looking for Mickey Mouse to be plastered on every surface. Though we didn't use it, having big bottles of shampoo and conditioner was a great touch. We also didn't need them but found an enormous array of strollers in the under the stairs storage, which was pretty cool. None of the concerns would be anything that would keep us from staying there again. Overall it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this cute property. The house was clean and the perfect size for our large family/friends and we thoroughly enjoyed the outside area and the game room. Very close and convenient to Disneyland.

First let’s get the rules out of the way. The rules are not the fault of the homeowner but the City of Anaheim. An outside curfew from 10PM to 9:00AM is completely nuts considering the house sits on major street. The vehicles with loud mufflers and engines make more noise then people sitting in the back yard or swimming in the pool. Come on Anaheim, take care of the street noise. Typical California politics. With that out of the way, the home needs some paint and some TLC and I would give it a 10. But some things just need to be fixed. I sent a list via email. Very close to Disneyland and Angels Stadium. Home was comfortable and the owners were accommodating. One complaint, arrived on a Sunday, called in reference to some minor problems that had no effect on our stay. I was told someone would be there on Monday to take care of a small lists of problems. No one should up for our entire weeks stay. Again the problems were minor except for the sliding door that didn’t lock. This place is a yes if going to Disneyland.

Staying at this property was a great experience for my family and I as we needed a place to start our getaway. It was a nice comfortable home, nicely decorated with all the amenities we needed to enjoy our time. The home is nicely located near Disneyland and many other places like a shopping center and more if you and your family wanted to go out instead of staying home all day. I want to thank Funtierland for trusting my family and I as their listing required you to be 25 years old and older. Being only 22 years old I enlisted their trust and negotiated with them which was nice of them for being flexible and allowing my family and I to stay. Before I end this review there are couple things I need to make aware to the rest of you who are probably deciding on this property, but please keep in mind these aren’t deal breakers for me at least just stuff I wanna make aware for others who might be bothered by it or not. The location of the house is next to the road by a inspection with stop signs, meaning cars will pass by a lot of times during your stay. If you’re like my family and I who don’t really care about the car noises passing by then great, if you do care about stuff like that I suggest you consider your options before booking here. Keep in mind those of you who have toddlers like me where they’re adventurous, it could also be a safety hazard as the door is easy to open and doesn’t have a lock on the inside, so you’ll want to keep an eye on your children so they don’t run outside and into the streets, but that shouldn’t be a deal breaker as long as you keep an eye on them I think you’ll be just fine. Another thing (which isn’t serious) that my toddler brought to my attention was the lack of toys in one of the rooms as shown in the listing pictures. One of the rooms had Mickey and Minnie in the chairs and my toddler was looking forward to playing with those toys and possibly more, however there were 0 toys for him to play with, but luckily we had his toys in our car so things worked out. It would be nice if the host would add more toys for the kids to enjoy when they come to stay at the property, again not a huge deal breaker just something to point out for those of you who are parents. Other than the things listed above the property is great and has a lot of space for my family and I to enjoy our selves.

Very good experience

The house was nice. Pictures made it appear much bigger which is always the case. Everyone had their space though. Furnished nicely. Location was nice. Anything you need from local stores was right there. 30 minutes from the beaches. I would say it could use a fresh coat of paint everywhere. The road in front is very loud. We slept with fans on which they provided so that helped drown out some of the noise. The arcade/ garage was nice for the kids. Pool and hot tub were nice also. Towels, shampoos, soap, toilet paper, 2 paper towels, hair dryer, garage bags, laundry detergent where all provided. Which was very nice. It s very close to Disney if that’s what your trip is for.

Location was off a busy street and not as private as I would have wished for. The pool was not as large as the picture make it look. All beds are low and mattresses are dipping and not very comfortable. However, we made the best of it and had a wonderful time. Playroom is great for the kids. Rooms are a good size and there is plenty of space for the extended family.

We were switched to a similar house only a few blocks away from the original house---only this one didn't have as big of a pool/ yard and also no spa. We enjoyed our time---but there were definitely a few needed items missing from the house. But after texting the owners/ management they were there promptly at our doorstep. A few things needed wiping down when we arrived, but the major cleaning was good. We enjoyed the pool a lot and also liked the large dining & open/ spacious living room for gathering all together. Best communication from owners/ managers. Thumbs up!

Overall good experience. The house Is very spacious and comfortable, our kids really enjoyed the pool. The only thing I didn’t care for was the location, it’s on a busy street so you could hear the cars driving by at night. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

This is an incredible house!! Perfect for a family visiting So California! Our kids are 8,10 and 11 and we had our own private oasis! Very clean house, friendly property mgrs., and all of the amenities you could want! Highly recommend!! We would love to stay here again!
