Such a comfortable, clean,cabin. The weather was wonderful, we enjoyed the fire ring, hot tub and the porches. Lots of trails to take side by side and over to the elk viewing and wagon rode. Great time!

Everything about this cabin is perfect! It was extremely clean and had all the conveniences of home. We really appreciated simple things (paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry detergent, etc.) being provided. The neighbors were very friendly, and the neighborhood was peaceful and pleasant. We will definitely be back!

We stayed here for a long weekend. It was perfect for our needs … kitchen was well equipped and the place was spotless. The host was very accommodating and answered our questions promptly. Bonus was that we took a short drive in the early evening and saw 19 elk!

My husband and I spent two nights in February. The cabin was perfect and had everything we needed. The heat worked great, and we loved the fireplace. Beds and sofa were comfortable and there were plenty of towels in the bathroom. We cooked one meal a day and had all the dishes, utensils and pots we needed for a basic meal. We did not see any wildlife at the cabin, but saw elk, deer and turkeys riding around town and at some of the viewing areas. I would highly recommend this cabin and plan to make a return trip in the future.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean and very well taken cared of. We loved the laid back atmosphere of Benezette. We enjoyed viewing deer in the yard every evening. Overall we were very pleased with our stay.

Very cozy and comfortable cabin. Clean and stocked with everything we needed. Lots of Elk bugling , deer camped out under the light beside cabin. The fireplace, hot tub and fire pit were awesome. We visited St Marys several wine tasting and a distillery. Enjoyed our stay and planning another trip!!

Weekend getaway
Five adults for weekend getaway. Plenty of room, comfortable beds, VERY clean- and we are particular. Plenty of towels, paper products, toiletries. Sufficient kitchen supplies. We had everything we could need. Quiet, convenient location. Hot tub and fire pit was a bonus. Only recommendation would be to add stone around fire pit, we stayed during a muddy time. Would definitely stay again!!!

Elk country
We had the best time being in a cabin in the middle of nowhere surrounded by wildlife! Underestimated how many elk we would see! It was incredible! Still close enough to a Walmart for our needs! The hot tub on the cold night was so fun!!

This is the place to stay in Elk County! Close to everything you want to see (especially the Elk). We had deer in our yard during our stay. The cabin is probably the cleanest cabin we have ever stayed in. The hot tub was awesome after hiking. Be sure to bring food (as we did) because there isn't much around. This was an amazingly relaxing vacation. The owners are super responsive if you reach out to them. They provide most everything you need to have a great stay. We would love to return!

Had a nice relaxing weekend staying here. It had everything needed from towels, to toilet paper. Very easy to use fireplace was a plus. It was overall a very clean cabin!

A real escape
We loved this cute cabin and hot tub! We fell asleep in front of the fireplace every night. We saw lots of elk at the bottom of the hill and they walked right up to our car! We had coffee and donuts at the elk life every morning and the hotel restaurant had good food-but STAY AWAY from the Christmas bash beer (🥴) there’s no cell signal but fast Wi-Fi so it was great for disconnecting. Would recommend :)

It was perfect! This cabin was absolutely more than we could have expected! The hot tub was a wonderful hit for relaxing at the end of the day when we were done site seeing. I would recommend Elk Stone Lodge to everyone!

Cabin was beautiful and very comfortable . Everything was there that you needed to feel at home. Rated 5 stars for cleanliness and comfort! Only down issue is probably the price for the area. But we had great elk viewing which is why we went to Benezette. Enjoyable 2 day trip!

Anniversary Getaway
Beautiful cabin in a peaceful location. The cabin, hot tub and property were all immaculate. Exactly as it appeared in the photos. We had no issues at all during our stay and having rented several places previously, this alone was impressive. Hot tub stargazing was so relaxing in the evenings and while we didn’t see any Elk on the property there were many sightings nearby.
