Walking distance to ski center and to restaurants. Parking. Location. Comfortable beds with TV in both rooms. Very good heating system.

Cleaning staff was coming early and, if you were in the apartment, they didn't come again later. Last day, we didn't have electricity in the resort.

The hotel itself is pleasant. Possibly a little dated but overall comfortable, offers pleasant buffet breakfast/dinner and is just a few steps from the town center and gondola. The apartment was spacious.

The room (#304) itself was quite dated and really needs some refreshing. The beds were not comfortable and cleanliness left much to be desired. We had booked several apartments (all privately owned and not serviced by the hotel itself), and quality and comfort level differed greatly between them. It seems you need some luck as to which one is assigned to you.

Overall it was clean and the view from the balcony was nice.

We had to pay additional 30lv per person to use the indoor pool, I thought it was free for guests.

The location of the place was very convenient (close to the Gondola) and the room was spacious. The bedsheets and towels were clean. Considering the price, the place is worth a try.

There was a problem with the sink plug in the bathroom - it couldn't be regulated. Although when removed completely it was fine. Also, locking the door from the outside was a little problematic (at least a few attempts were needed). The internet connection was a bit weak.

The hotel is ok, We were staying in one of the buildings of the complex, located behind the main building. The apartment was decent, clean. Close to both ski centers.

It would have been nice if we knew beforehand that we will be staying in different buildings. We were a group of friends and were hoping that we would all stay at the main building or at least one of the buildings. That was the whole point of this trip, to be together at one place. We were divided in two separate buildings. Maybe you can ask that as a special request, but they need to explain better in the description that the room assigning is random. Another thing, it is hard to use the spa when you are not staying in the main building of the hotel. because you would need to go outside and walk in the cold in a robe before and after the sauna.

We stayed in a two bedroomed apartment with a balcony off each room. The location was absolutely perfect with views of the slopes. Beds were so comfy and clean. Very warm and spacious with plenty of room to store your cases/skis etc. Kitchen facilities were excellent and if you wanted you could cook a meal as there was everything you could ask for. Great size sofa and dining table.

The shower rail needs to be changed as there was a very rude warning that if you break it then you will have to pay 75bgn !! As this is quite obviously a major problem then the rail needs to be a different design. Also the shower head couldn't be moved to a lower angle and the water just shot straight across to the opposite wall and totally flooded the whole bathroom.

The only good thing was the location, but not enough when you feel scammed. I've been to Borovets more than 20 times, and this is the only time I can't say positive words about my stay.

This was the worst place I've stayed in Borovets. First, I've been scammed and placed in some of their backup facilities. I asked to be placed in the main hotel building, but no result. It turns out the chances of being placed there are 50-50%. The worst part is that I traveled with my baby, and these private backup rooms where I was "shuffled" were not clean. No facilities, no lobby, no lounge area, and nothing from what the hotel offers.

Slightly dated place but had everything you need, duvet didn't fit the bed for two of us to use, but there as a single duvet in the wardrobe that we used , as our apartment had a sofa bed. Suitable for 4 people . Would have been small if you needed to fit 4.
