Staff were amazing. Everything was clean and tidy. I would recommend

The self service tablet on the tables was slow and I had to prompt the staff in the evening as we had not received our order for drinks and deserts after half an hour but they did have a coach party in.

We like to book 4oom 10 when we stay as it is ideal for my husband's mobility and the fact we bring our labrador dog.

It was dirty the bedding was not clean Holes punched in bathroom door Mould all on the walls Window did not open Carpets were filthy Air con was loud and making noises

The Premium Room was well appointed and clean. Hot water was instantaneous. Plentiful washing lotion, shampoo and conditioner well labelled without need for magnifying glass to read contents. Plenty of tea, coffee etc with spring water and lemonade available if wanted, although chargeable possibly.

It was a cold evening outside but the air conditioning ensured that was not a problem. However if conditions had needed a fresh air supply there was some sort of industrial process unit outside that 'may' have been troublesome from a persistent noise point of view. The window was not needed to be opened so this potential difficulty did not actually present itself. Problems of this nature can usually be avoided with some well designed noise attenuation.

Very convenient and good place to stay for the grduation ceremoy of Warwick Graduates. Very peaceful at night time.

No bath tub. No fridge.

Very nice place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. Good quality food and very pleasant staff. Walking distance into town. Plenty of free parking space at the hotel.
