Bit disappointed when we went out for day, there was no where to park in hotel grounds. We had to park on the street.

Property was lovely and as I remember, as a family we have stayed here for decades, it was nice to see they have updated the public areas however the rooms are still very dated in places and the rooms that have been updated looked like they could do with being deep cleaned (carpets stained)

We stayed as group for a funeral (we had a small private wake in the hotel itself) however a few of our rooms (especially my own) was right next to the function room where a 21st was happening. we weren’t warned of this and had to move rooms at 10pm at 8 months pregnant as I couldn’t hear the TV over the musics let alone sleep.

We had a large room with a large bathroom with a seperate shower and bath. The staff were very welcoming and pleasant. The breakfast was excellent. The use of the swimming pool and steam room was very good.

The decoration in the bedroom could have been improved with a few pictures/wall decoration. We were undecided about having carpet in the bathroom although there was a small tiled area around the toilet.

Location, close to the sea, perfect for long walks. Friendly staff. Treatment by Riana, the massage was great! Breakfast, good selection. Afternoon tea- good selection and tasty.

I have chosen a twin room with a sea view during booking and been placed in a double at the rear of the hotel overlooking a roof. I have not complaint only because it was an overnight stay, otherwise I would request the room I have payed for. Amount of children especially in a swimming area during a spa day. The swimming pool was an absolute mayhem. It was nothing like an relaxing time. The swimming pool should at least have a section divided for anyone wising to have a swim. It was impossible to swim due to kids running round throwing the yellow cones onto the water, jumping from all over the pool and getting into jacuzzi. It was uncontrolled and unsupervised and I am very surprised allowed with no H&S controls. The hotel was lacking in a small touches (sticky tables in the bar area, smudged windows, cleanliness of the rooms and swimming pool / changing rooms) On the surface it looked ok but on closer inspection the "imperfections" were showing.

Staff where friendly and helpful the rooms where very clean , tea coffee facilities brilliant power shower huge size room with balcony big king size comfortable bed had a great night's sleep . Breakfast in the morning was hassle free the staff very courteous and helpful food was lovely. We didn't use any of the many facilities here but will definitely be stopping again 😁

Me and my partner loved this hotel and we definitely will be comeing back to stay! And will recommend to family and friends! Met some lovely people and the staff was lovely and very helpful

We didn't have no heating in our room 201 we got given a little heater! Other then that everything was perfect

Like the majority of Booking .com rooms we have stayed in they are at the rear of the property or overlooking the air conditioning units or in this case a courtyard. This,no doubt,is not the fault of the hotel but Booking.com buying strategy.
