Staff were very welcoming especially staff called Tuk as he made our stay fantastic in his attention to customer service.

they need to update their photos of the resort, the resort is looking very very very tired and not like the photos.

早餐还是比较丰盛的，所有的服务人员都很友好，热情。酒店位置也很好，静谧的沙滩，附近小吃店也有711，都很方便，酒店提供到市区的免费班车。任何问题前台工作人员都会耐心为你解答，特别感谢DADA，真诚、友好，为我的假期时光增添了更加有趣，难忘的回忆。

房间有些设施还是有点旧了可以升级一下。

Unlike other hotels, the rock is not a high storey hotel. Love the way the resort was built. Give me a very laid-back and relaxed atmosphere. The staff at reception was really nice and helpful. Answering every question we have with a pleasant smile. Even the chef came to say hello in the restaurant.

The room has a lot of ants in the restroom. The bathtub looks like a great place to relax, but seeing the ants makes you a little turn off. Also, I can see ants crawling on the bed. Housekeeping needs a little improvement. Would be a great stay, but on my last night, the housekeeping forgot to top up the water, coffee, and tissue in the toilet. Thought it was because we were checking out. That's why the housekeeping did not top up. After informing the staff at the front desk, they came up immediately to refill everything. They were very good at responding.

The relaxed vibe, beautiful rooms (stayed in Premier deluxe) and the staff - wonderful!

Breakfast - more variation would be good.

My only criticism was the constant piped music in the common areas.

Ants. Ants everywhere. They even came back with us home. And the staff is a bit slow.

The breakfast is substantial. The hotel is very well located with regards to the beach. Easy & direct access to it. The hotel offers free one way transportation to town. The staff is friendly & helpful. The room was exceptionally appointed. Room 103 has a smart TV which to us was absolutely fantastic.

We prefer a hard mattress. Ours was soft. We stayed for 6 nights and this did cause discomfort.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Lots of plants and the resort is beautiful. Great location with access to the beach. There are a lots of great spots for taking pictures around the resort. There is a shuttle bus from the hotel to shopping malls and markets plus the local bus so it is convenient.

Bathroom’s door is a sliding door which doesn’t close completely.

The staff were great and very helpful 👍 within walking distance to Cicada nite market and Tamarind nite market.- also there was a nice selection of massage shops and restaurants close by - I highly recommend Tik's Seafood Restaurant

Other than breakfast the indoor restaurant was unavailable - you had to order food out by the pool - older hotel with no elevator or good rooms available with a ocean view and I booked months in advance - not sure if I would stay there again - not really sure if I would even visit Hua Hin again

The pool was good and quiet, circa 15 m. The young lady on the front desk, Noisy, was exceptional and very helpful at all times. She is a great credit to The Rock.

Constant loud music playing in the public walkways. I could hear this clearly in my room. The breakfast dining room is pokey and the quality of the breakfast was poor. No fresh bread.

there was no beach when property is advertised as beachfront. apparently there is only beach during the day in the Summer. there is no beach in the Winter. food was average at best
