The location, amenities and staff.

The air-conditioned units are in really bad shape. Ours had to be replaced on two occasions. The manager gave us a discount and explained that the replacement of the units is in the facilities proyect pipeline. But it is a pity that this critical part of the rooms have been left unattended...

it’s location close to airport and the staff were very nice and accommodating. can’t beat 5-minute shuttle ride on-demand to airport.

The restaurant on premises is a Dennys. This for a Marriott Bonvoy property seems very downscale. We went to the nearby Ocean grill at the resort next door, great food and nice ambience by the pool. Bathroom I. room was small and needed renovation. shower either too hot or too cold.

Dennis Restaurant for some reason food is not that good anymore. Service is poor.

I didn't like to pay parking while I staying as a guest because I already had to pay for the stay. It should be free.

I like the attentions and the location.

I don't like the Restaurant Dennys. The attention is very bad. I think the Restaurant in Punta Borinquen, Survivor is excellent, the food and attention excellent.

Bathroom had a leak and the tub should be replaced as well as the towels.

The filthiness of the bathtub. Had to go buy a bottle of clorox before I dared to go in. The bathroom does not tempt you to even consider entering it. The rust on the towel holders and other places in the bathroom, The bedsheet and bed cover are already yellow instead of white. I even left a day before because I couldnt sand it. We are in Puerto Rico. The restaurant should be one of local cuisine.

Great location. Dennys was excellent. Great parking. Great service and very fast. People were very kind and friendly.

All doors on the room were noisy. We had to call room service to let them know that the shower was making a noise. The air conditioner was very noisy and felt like it was falling off. La gaveta de la mesa de noche se abría. Las piscinas podían estar más limpias.
