It was a pleasant stay. The room was comfortable. We had a beautiful view of the sea. The Olas y Arenas restaurant was really good.

The place was missing a little store with snacks, toothpaste, drinks, coffee. Our stay was from Sunday to Tuesday.

Beautiful and relaxing location.

We encountered a minor water issue from air conditioning leaking down the wall. We alerted the office and they sent service people to check. They claimed to have fixed issue but didn’t really. We only spent two nights and it was a small amount of water so we used the extra rags and towels they provided us to leave on the small wet area of floor and baseboards. We’re not high maintenance travelers so it really did not disrupt any part of our stay. However they should correct the problem because when we initially entered the room there were some slippery areas that could definitely expose them to liability. Also, the door handle on French door to back porch is definitely broken and should be replaced. Maintenance man came to check but couldn’t really repair. Air gaps around all doors are very energy inefficient.

I liked it was perfect for a family vacation. the room was spacious and the facilities clean. it was kid friendly had a little kids play ground where my babies played. we wanted to stay longer!

I didn’t like that the place of umbrellas for the beach was closed and only open for the days we didn’t stay at the villas. also the towels for the beach aren’t that easy to find.

this location charged me extra $155. I need my refund

Loved the concept. The location with so many beaches nearby and one in front of the property was perfect, and there are many restaurants nearby. It is the perfect place for a tropical getaway, just a few minutes away from the airport located in Aguadilla. Comfy and clean room. Will definitely return.

The place, beautiful beach. Very nice spot.

The employees!!, some work there like the place is a prison and do not allow visitor or family visit ing us , they ask money for park the car in site and be inside the cabin visiting us. Have to ask every day for napkings, towels... That need to be everyday without asking. Even one employee try to ask us out me even i paid to stay there. That was rude!!!

location on Montones Beach… the security around property. cleanliness of room, grounds and facilities was great.

was given NO info regarding need to drain their room dehumidifier- it was by full by 10 pm when we went to bed. husband is always B cold due to medical co diction so we turned off a/c u it. at 1:15am wine to go potty and floor laws all wet !! thank God I was able to get dry with ur beach towels t any injury to us. not what I needed to do at 1:15 am or any time for that matter.

The site was amazing beautifully views and comfortable facilities. the beaches are great ,literally 15 ft from the porch and crystal blue clear water with a natural cove that makes for a great waiding pool for kids. Very safe quiet and kid friendly...

There are only a few negatives to this spot 1st was for a touristy spot. There should be more people fluent in English at the check in office second insect control, yes I know we are in the troppics and the occasional spider or even roach is unavoidable but we had to kill 2 big spiders and chase a roach or 2 but if your from here thats part of the territory... also pool and restaurant facilities should be open later! And last beware of sea urchins in the shallow cove!!

I stayed in this property one night. Everything was wonderful. However, I tried to make a reservation at the restaurant and they didn’t except it. But they did tell me that they did close at 7:30 and I wouldn’t have a problem if I made it by seven. When I went at 7 o’clock I was told the restaurant was closed because the chef didn’t want to cook anymore. I was very upset since I did not want to drive out of the facilities. I was not too happy however the place made it worthwhile. I tried to give my feedback but it was like no one listened.
