First off I want to say that it was nice to meet the property manager and he gave me a tour of the property. Had a few questions and he was very responding. Place was well laid out and the pool was AMAZING! Thanks for a great week!

My family and I had a great time relaxing by the pool in this very quiet neighborhood. Wes was great and very helpful throughout our trip. I would definitely come again.

The house was great- clean and spacious. The pool was awesome. There were plenty of towels, linens, and kitchen was well stocked with items. Property manager was always a text away, if needed. Definitely recommend!

The carpet needs to be replaced in living room and master bedroom. It was embarrassing to entertain with carpet that had evidence of pets

The pool cover was almost useless. When we identified this to to representative the comment was yes we know that and then asked me to measure pool. So obviously this wasn’t a priority. The cost to heat for the month was 1600. May of been less with a pool cover that was adequate.

The windows were dirty when we got there. Identified this to the representative and was taken care of within 2 days.

We chose this house because we want to spend a relaxing time with our family not going out a lot and just enjoying our time together. We were exciting about the outdoor space and were not disappointed. However we didn't expect a huge Rv sitting there but he did not bother us much as we were able to play ball, badminton,etc...But what was disappointing was the indoor space. The pool table was located in a room where the light was really bad. The sink in the kitchen is in poor condition and the jacuzi tub in the MBathroom wasn't working. We called the property manager to let him now asa we arrived that the shower in the shared bathroom did not work (the piece to switch the faucet from bath to shower was broken) and he never came back to replace it, so we had to share the only shower in the MB :-( We rented a place last June with Vrbo and the cleaning service was impeccable compared to this one. We appreciated the fact that we could park our big truck in the garage and enjoyed the jacuzi and the fire pit; Like I said the house need a good refreshing (walls and floors) if you really want happy customers.

This was a great house! The only thing we had an issue with was cleanliness. the dishes in the cupboard were dirty and we had to wash them before we used them.. the garbage disposal leaked under the sink when we turned it on which was another mess we had to clean up. We also had to scoop out the pool with the screen catcher because of all the stuff in it. Other than that we didn’t have any issues and this was a great home to vacation in!

This property was a nice stop along our grander road trip. The property was less than five minutes to Sonoran Desert Preserve which served as some early morning mountain biking. Location was rural and quiet in comparison to the main Scottsdale area.

Overall this home was wonderful to stay in. Plenty of room for 7 of us, a beautiful pool, a beautiful kitchen. Adequate towels, adequate kitchen supplies. Upgrades I would recommend: install a new kitchen sink. Whoever damaged the stainless sink before we got there; it needs replacing. The pool needs a hand rail for an elderly person to get in and out. The rock by the waterfall needs to be repaired. I am sure you know all this, but it does affect our overall impression as being not well cared for. I hope our kids didn't leave too big a mess as we left a couple of days earlier than we did. They have 3 small children so I hope it wasn't too messy. Thank you for such a great getaway.

We live in the same neighborhood, and had some family in from out of town. So with the triple digit heat we decided to stay at Casa Vista to take advantage of the great backyard pool as well as the other amenities in this beautiful home. A good time was had by by all, and we would definitely stay here again!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed the month of March, 2021. The first issue we experienced was trying to reach the property manager with some questions. He wasn't returning any of our emails and according to L8 Vacations should have contacted us a week prior. As a customer, we shouldn't have had to chase him down. Poor communication on his part. The first two weeks of our stay the pool heat did not work properly. After numerous calls to the property manager and constant badgering it was finally fixed. This was two weeks into our vacation. The property manager initially told us that we were the first to have problems with the pool. In reading the review from December, 2020, those customers had the same issue, so we were not the first. The owner did pay for a week of the propane use, which we did appreciate, but again it didn't work for two weeks of our stay, not one. They also charged more for propane than the actual cost. The house overall is nice, but needs much care. Broken tiles on the floor (had to be careful not to cut our feet), sinks in master bath drained slowly, doors don't close tight in master bedroom and kitchen, fireplace didn't work, fountain was green and not working. We spent a couple hours cleaning the fountain and getting it working. Six light bulbs were out when we checked in. I would assume the property manager should have taken care of this and replaced them. The sink in the kitchen was peeling from a previous customer putting a hot pan in the sink, according to the property manager. You'd think this would have been replaced since I'm sure a damage fee was deducted from a previous customer who did this. The music speakers did not work throughout the house. When we asked about it during check in, we were told by the property manager he needed to have someone come look at it because they didn't work. No one ever came to fix them. We got alot of "I don't know" from the property manager. Again, nice place, needs care, but I would not recommend.

Property was as described. Easily put up 6 people and plenty of room for the dogs to go bananas. The kitchen had all of the necessities for bbq/cooking and the outdoor space was great! We had a wonderful time in the backyard by the pool!

This space was just as advertised. We had tons of plans for our trip, and ended up doing nothing but hanging at the house. We didn’t want to leave, and we didn’t need to-it had everything. Rural type of neighborhood-heard roosters, donkeys and horses-which was fine by us.
