Очень приятное взаимодействие с персоналом. Красивая территория, большой бассейн. В отеле брали байк и массаж. Цены не завышены. Массаж оказался лучшим во всем Тайланде, пробовали много где. Домик чистый, шикарная ванная с туалетом, дизайнерски оформлен. Ресторан отеля с приятными ценами на берегу с видом на закат.
Брали домик Фронт, думали будет на пляже. Но на пляже домиков нет, вида на море не будет ни в одном домике. Просто он повернут к морю, до моря ещё небольшой сад, бассейн. Нам понравилось, но кому-то может быть принципиально. За отелем нет ничего, кроме дороги. Жизни, инфраструктуры нет. Мы на байке доезжали минут 7 до ближайших магазинов и ресторанов, там есть улица с клубами, очень тусовочное место. Пешком будет дойти проблематично по дороге.
Самый главный минус - это пляж. Весь усыпан камнями, мы один раз пытались зайти в воду, изрезали об камни все ноги. Больше не пошли. Без коралловых тапок в воду зайти не реально, надо преодолеть широкую полосу.

Die Lage direkt am schönen Lonely Beach war toll. Das Hotel hat insgesamt einen guten Standard. Das Bad war gut. Schien recht neu saniert zu sein.
Unser Bungalow hatte die Glasfront direkt am Hauptweg. Daher hat man sich beobachtet gefühlt.

The location was perfect- close to everything but far enough away as well. The beach was prestige and not crowded at all. The pool area was very nice as well. We really liked our room as it was the closest one to the beach. For the price- it was a gem. Also, there’s a massage area in on the beach in front of the hotel. The massage therapists were great and very affordable. We got one every day!
The staff was a bit rude. The front desk women had an attitude which made us a bit uncomfortable and one of the waiters got our order wrong and when we corrected him, he got upset so we didn’t eat there again. Also, we got the breakfast set, which we were able to get coffee, tea, breads and fruit at the “buffet” table. Even though the fruit had a cover over it, they were still covered in small bugs so it was definitely not edible.

Beatiful private beach with sunset views
Contary to literally everyone else on the island working in hospitality, the staff just aren’t nice. At all.

Excellent bungalow 201, just near pool and beach. Clean pool, bungalow big bed, nice bathroom. Staff in restaurant very friendly. Food great and hotel good value for money. In between Kai Bae and Lonely beach village. A scooter or taxi 10 mins to Kai Bae or can walk to Lonely village along the beach or road. Fo careful at night , little bit dark along the road!

No privacy, empty chairs reserved with towels since early morning, at low tide stones in the sea.

Great location, friendly staff, lovely swimming pool area, well equipped room. Lovely time overall and we will return.
Small niggles, the electronic safe didn't work properly and we had to carry the master key around with us. The electrics didn't always work when the key card was inserted. Both reported to reception but nothing much changed. Lock on door was a bit hit and miss and shower was a bit of a dribble.

I like this hotel, stayed there for second time. Great location near the beach, friendly staff, good restaurant, massage, everything for a relax vacation.

Beautiful hotel, great clean and modern rooms and the BEST BEDDING I HAVE EVER SLEPT IN!!
The pool and bar are busy all day and the luxury of having the sunset right out front is amazing.
Massages, kayak rental, anything you need right within arms reach.
The Buffett was changing daily with fresh fruits and thai specialities.
Location of Hotel being directly at lonely beach is top tier.
Taxi drives by every few minutes and you can also rent a scooter right at the hotel to get around and explore the island.
The food at the restaurant for dinner was great but service could be more attentive.

We Love Everything about this hotel! the beach is wonderful, the food is delicious and the staff is very sweet. The bungalows are also very good.

High recommend if you are looking for nice place and relaxing but please note you need to drive very carefully to come here as you have cross very big big steep mountain.

Loved the location on the beach next to beach bars and restaurants, living in en suite bungalow accommodation, great well designed communal spaces, comfortable and great value food, bar and events, close to a town with bars and restaurants. Pool was fine and enjoyed daily massage. Enjoyed the atmosphere, had everything we needed.
Hard to think of a negative.

Great food, friendly staff, nice beach. The breakfasts on the beach front was the perfect start to the day. The staff really made us feel welcome.
The nearby village has been all but abandoned but hiring a motorbike or taking a taxi/tour allows you to explore the other areas close by.
