Lovely spacious rooms and a quiet property. Only a small number of rooms, which makes it feel very private. Nice pool, great views of the rice fields. The restaurant was excellent, some of the best food we had in Bali! The staff were very helpful in arranging transportation, activities, massages, etc. We had a lovely stay.

A very nice stay in Sidemen. Room was very nice as described. The rice fields view from the room were amazing and the view in general around the hotel was great. The staff were also amazing, very friendly and helpful, any question or need that we had was solved. Very nice breakfast included with different choice options.

Pool area could have been a little tidier. I know it’s a losing battle but dead flies and leaves in the water need clearing out.

The location although lush and peaceful nothing else to see or do You do need a car or motorbike to get around No Grab around I had the driver that dropped me off to pick me up after otherwise you're stuck at paying $50 for a driver to Dempasar

Staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was clean, big and with good views. Breakfast is good. The garden is nice and full of vegetation, swimming pool is good and the massages we had were great. We took a Balinese cooking class and was funny, interesting and also the food we made was good!

I think the restaurant can improve the menu to offer more options, but the food was good anyway and has nice views. The bathtub was a little dirty and the hot water had a little brown color, but not than disgusting, just is something to improve to do the stay even better.

Sidemen has our heart! Quiet and serene, 1 min trek down to the river! Food was average would recommend samanvaya right next to it!

One of our favourite things about this stay was the beautiful views and surroundings of Sidemen. The hotel’s location is idyllic if you’re after a slice of rural life in Bali. For a reasonable price we stayed in their suite which had the most epic views. The room was lovely and clean, had a fully stocked mini bar and a super comfortable bed. We were welcomed with some lovely non alcoholic drinks freshly prepared by the restaurant staff and a really great tour that helped settle us into our stay. The grounds and pool area of the villa are lovely and clean and the staff always cheerful and friendly. The hotel offers some really great activities you can choose from for an additional price. Fully recommend the Balinese massage on offer here. We absolutely loved the pancakes prepared freshly in Cepik’s restaurant. These were probably some of the nicest we had during our time in Bali.

These were probably some of the nicest we had during our time in Bali, however in our view, some of the other dishes we had required some improvements e.g. Poached eggs very watery and the veggie lasagne was made using an unusual recipe we think should be looked at. The western and vegetarian/vegan element of the menu was very extensive but in our opinion perhaps less done well, would be better.

We loved it, booked the sunrise Vila, had a beautiful evening and sunrise, really good dinner and breakfast also!!! 😀 very friendly staff.

Really nice room (sunrise suite), friendly staff, vegan options, quiet atmosphere.

There are two sunrise suites on top of each other! (You should ask prior which one you can/will get.) We didn't know and got the lower one. Still great but this affects the view. (We also heard some louder noises from above but that's not the accommodations fault.)
