Nice to actually have a reception and staff on hand to welcome you and help with you stay.

The Brumby Bar is on the side of this accommodation and can be very noisy in the evening till late.

good location and close to shops and restaurants

the room I was allocated looked like a basement room with hardly any natural light and looked like it had been put together as an as hoc room. Shared facilities which was fine except that the shower was shared with the gym on another floor and toilet was the main one for the hotel.

The central location is good.

The was a leaky,mouldy ceiling. We paid for and we’re expecting a room with a view however we were in a dim, dark room shrouded in trees and there was not even a view of the car park let alone the lake. we had booked through booking.Com for room 114 however we’re given room 5. False advertising at minimum! While we were only 2 people the room is supposed to sleep 6 however only has seating for 4 people. the refrigerator is a small minibar fridge and there is no cooktop only a basic microwave. I’m so glad we didn’t arrive with 6 adults expecting to have a nice room for the weekend.

The location was convenient

I booked a Superior Apartment with Balcony (or patio) for myself and a friend. The apartment we were given bore no resemblance to the ones advertised. It was out the back in what seem to be converted garages. It reeked of cigarette smoke and an air purifier unit was running in it. The staff person said it was the “owner’s apartment”. There were cigarette burns on the grubby sofa. The second bedroom was only accessible by a fold down aluminium ladder through a manhole in the ceiling. It was less than standing height and had no windows or ventilation at all. There was only one window in the whole apartment as the bedroom window was obscured by a roller door which was broken and couldn’t be lifter. There was obviously no balcony and no patio, just a couple of chairs outside the door in the car park where motorcycles also parked noisily. There was no microwave or dishwasher as listed. There was no dining area as listed just a small table which couldn’t be used if the ladder was down. The bedrooms were very dusty with layer dust on side table. I feel rather ripped off. I think the general units in the complex looked quite good from the photos but the one we got was certainly terrible.

Check in experience good. Room Clean and Tidy. Plenty of Parking
