The place were exceptional. Sweet, Cozy and Clean. We really love the place. Also the place were near the shops and ski resorts. All in all we really enjoyed our stay.

Bbq didn't work could have used outdoor heater as we like to sit outside on patio/ balcony no matter the weather

Despite paying in full 3 months in advance an extra $500 charge was added to our bill on arrival (for no reason or warning). The owner refuses to pay it back. Apart from all that (which hasnt been resolved), this addition to the original property is poorly built with terrible sound insulation. The water stopped on the first morning which i had to fix myself. And while it advertises facilities for meals - there isn’t even a place to wash a dish. Very poor value for money and not walking distance to the town centre.

Modern, clean, close to town, good facilities, roomy enough for 6 blokes in separate beds and good communication from the Host……top job
The property was overall great, a smoking area could be added to the external other than that great place to stay for a snow trip

Dont ruin your holiday! Stay away from this place. The host is very rude and arrogant as soon as we arrive.
Barbecue grill is not even working. The gas bottle is not compatible with the grill and is leaking when we turn it on. Clearly a fire hazard.
Property didn't return my bond. I couldn't call them. There is no response to the messages.
You can hear guests from above.
There is a single bathroom to be shared by 8 people. No laundry and dryer available to use on a snow trip! How ridiculous.

Property facilities and location exceeded our expectations. Very well kept and extremely clean. Gorgeous views of the Lake and snow capped mountains. Walking distance to everything you need including buses. We will definitely be back.

Old house, no Wi-Fi ,no laundry for three day stay, no mud room for wet shoes, no dryer for wet gloves, not a single coat hanger provided , 8people property only one bathroom not convenient ,no spa tub misleading photo. Worst sound proof, can hear people walking & using toilet upstairs.

It's a good location, easy walk to the shops and the lake, beautiful views, and comfortable for a one night stay.

Location was great with great views and room was nicely presented
Expected kitchen facilities but reality was we were given some appliances and a bucket to was up in. We also felt uncomfortable walking past other childrens bedrooms to our entrance. A bit more of an explanation prior to booking would have helped

Staff was extremely rude,, unprofessional. The only reason we booked this highly expensive place for one night stay was to relax a bit in spa hot bathtub after 5hrs drive. If it's not fully operational why are u advertising about it, we texted them in evening, didn't get any answer. Next morning, i showed them video, there was no heating hot water in tub, and water coming to tub was dirty too greenish & got sand, even in shower no hot water & she accused me that I damaged it, and asked us to leave immediately 8.30am, couldn't had our breakfast either..... ruined our holiday fun. Wasn't worth spending 655$ for 1 night stay. Highly disappointed not recommended.

Real reviews, recommended. The environment is quiet, comfortable and clean. The host is very friendly and will inform you in detail if you encounter any problems. Pleasant snow mountain journey.
