Staff friendliness...organised...food ...atmosphere..location...rooms..comfort..

Honesty can't think of anything....maybe prices of drinks...or..offers on drink...but...prices on par with other hotels...

Always been my policy,,,,If you can’t say anything positive, Keep Schutm! On this occasion, I’m breaking the rule. All one wants is value for money, whether it’s a backpacker’s hostel in Yangon or the Raffles Hotel in Singapore(and I’ve done both). The Cumberland Hotel was NOT good value for money. £112.50 to stay in the smallest hotel bedroom and sleep in the smallest bed I’ve ever stayed in. A pokey uncomfortable room

Free Parking advertised…..Should have been “Onstreet Parking”. When I arrived, no spaces within half a mile. I was able to find parking closer to the hotel after I arrived. Disappointing to say the least.

Location brilliant. Staff friendly and helpful. Lovely large room, comfortable and clean.

Good size room but, decoratively, the grandeur is a bit faded. Would benefit from a refresh. Not a problem for a one night stay, but wouldn't be too happy with it for an extended stay

Lovely hotel, well located and an easy walk into town centre and to Outdoor Theatre. Our 3rd floor room had a superb view. Staff were exceptional: very friendly, helpful and very pleasant, from reception, to dining area and cleaning team.

WiFi in room was a bit slow but that is all.

Value for money all round, food and accommodation. Location near cliff top is handy. Service in dining area was swift and helpful (table 45 young girl was very good - Sunday 11th)

Nothing comes to mind - carry on the good work. Make sure repairs to building as may be required are done to keep up appearance.
