Our bed was very comfy and the room was very spacious, with lots of storage, for just the two of us - it can easy fit three guests. Check in and out was easy. The mini-fridge was a nice addition.

The skirting board behind the toilet had been removed (we presume for some repairs) and was covered up by rolled up towels, which didn't look pleasant. On the morning of our check-out, our toilet blocked up and it had been leaking throughout the night - not very nice! The TV was positioned in an odd location and the towels could've been a bit bigger!

Well located, car parking made easy by the provision of parking cards, lovely landlady.

The room we had was a bit cramped, but otherwise quite adequate. It was also on the top floor. Ok if you are fit (we are fit enough), but could be a problem for anyone who doesn’t like stairs.

The room was tastefully decorated and furnished. It was very clean and comfortable, with good quality towels and bed linen. We don't do breakfast so we didn't try that, though it looked popular. Suzanna was very friendly and helpful.

The Wi-Fi in our room was slow at peak usage times, but good enough otherwise.

This place is a little gem. The lady is extremely pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean with so many little touches But not overdone or fussy. This place is beyond a B&B as you would know it and I would give it alot more stars if I could. Good location. Well worth a visit.
