Beautiful setting, nice location a bit out of town. overall it was well priced. Room had a view of the lake which was great.

Staff at reception were poor, and we were left waiting for about 30 mins. The place feels like it’s had its hayday, and the safety was a little questionable. There were marks around many of the doors where it looked like someone had broken in, and when we were checking in a couple came upstairs shouting ‘Policia policia’ so it seemed like they had been victim to some crime in the hotel. we had nothing taken but definitely made us feel uneasy. the rooms were fairly old and not fully clean, but not disgusting.

The view to the lake from the bedroom was very nice and the room was big. Breakfast is ok.

Lack of maintenance, old facilities. Heating was broken and it was not possible to turn it off so the bedroom was way too hot. Maintenance came 2 times to try to fix it and it was not possible. The wi-fi did not work in the bedroom, only in the common areas.

View is nice. Location is also a pro but note that it is not in a really central position. Decent food in restaurant but a bit pricy compared to other places in the city.

Bedrooms had a weird smell. Staff was confused regarding breakfast and dinner prices. It was also hard to ask them stuff as they only speak spanish.

Really awful hotel. It was not as described and the rooms were really grubby and need revamping. The breakfast was also awful. The view from the hotel is great but definitely not a reason to stay there. We left after 12 hours and got a new hotel. We would have left straight away but we arrived late at night. The staff were apologetic and it’s not their fault but I would highly recommend not staying there. Still waiting for a refund for our remaining nights. Unfortunately it may need to be escalated further to get the money back!!
