Ubicación 10 puntos vista al lago . Desayunos incluido tipo buffet. El internet en la habitación mejoró de la última vez que estuve. Todo muy limpio y agradable. Es la tercera vez que nos hospedamos. Buena relación precio/ calidad. El personal todos muy atentos y simpático.
Las puertas de los ascensores son muy ruidosas.

La ubicación y los espacios comunes bien
Las habitaciones estaban muy lejos de ser lo que mostraban por foto, en mi habitación la ducha estaba rota y las paredes de la habitación con humedad, de hecho te ibas y volvías a entrar después de un rato y se sentía fuerte.
No había wifi en la habitación, solo en los espacios comunes.

Lo bueno y lo malo:
Bien ubicado, las fotos de las habitaciones con vista sin solo para las superiores, las otras son internas. Te morís de calor, no hay aire, por suerte nos consiguieron un ventilador, abría la ventana y olor a chorizo de los restaurantes de abajo. Extractor del baño no andaba, el frigobar no enfriaba en fin....
Ubicación, personal, creo que no volvería a ese hotel.

Los ascensores, no era malo pero en relación a todo lo demás podían estar más actualizados.

Extractor del baño no funcionaba
Decía que tenia estacionamiento, llegamos allá y no tenia, tuvimos que pagar estacionamiento en otro lugar
El teléfono no funcionaba
La vista de la habitación 103 daba a un lugar super desagradable
El frigobar no enfriaba nada
No llega la señal WiFi a la habitación
El desayuno no era del todo "buffet", ya que habían cosas que las servían ellos y además muy porcionadas y poco variadas las comidas
Y cuando llegamos a la habitación había un olor muy malo, entre olor a cigarro y otras cosas, muy desagradable.
Otro punto es que pedimos una cama matrimonial grande, y claro nos pusieron la cama pero además nos agregaron una cama pequeña extra que le quitaba mucho espacio a la habitación, pedimos si las podían sacar pero nos dijeron que las habitaciones "venían así". Super mala experiencia.

me sentí engañado por las fotos. El hotel es muy antiguo y las habitaciones deberían tener un mantenimiento mejor. La limpieza terrible. Además de estar ubicado cerca a la calle lo cual hace que sea muy ruidoso.

I had a very nice room with little balcony overlooking the lake
The spa is only one jacuzzi (quite far away from the window) that you have to book, only one person (booking) per half hour in other words totally unavailable...

spa has very limited hours, hotel has no parking, facilities are a little outdated for the price. staff is not very well suited to support guest services and requests.

Fantastic location, on the lake and very close to the cathedral and the city center. Welcoming staff. Very good breakfast (the breakfast room tends to be crowded...).

I booked this hotel because the description says they have sauna, but sauna is not working :( it was very disappointing!

The hotel's location just across the street from the local cathedral and front view to the Nauel Huapi lake.
Breakfast is also very complete and with good quality and variety.

The elevators are really small and one of them only work for two people.
It's a relatively large hotel and it seems is frequently busy. So, don't expect any personalized attention. You will probably will be one more common guest among many.
We had issues with one of the double windows that didn't close properly, and it was winter with high winds and low temperatures. But nobody actually tried to fix it.

the view to the lake, also It is seems to me very confortable
maybe at night we heard noise because the wind was so strong that it hit some window, so we heard that noise all night

Very good breakfast and the hospitality was really good. The location is amazing
Our rooms was the back of the lifts so we had the noise of it and the door opening and closing the whole time which was really annoying.
There is no aircon or ventilation system so the room was quite hot.

This hotel is on the lake front with an amazing view from the bar (that is only open 5-9) and very helpful staff.
The room - the last one they had- overlooked where the buses are idling with their motor on. You can feel the pollution in your lungs, and it’s visible on the floor of the room. I asked for the floor to be cleaned twice but it wasn’t in a 5 day stay. The room was shabbier than I would have hoped for the price.

everything . we have booked the room regarding pictures we have seen on booking.com Reality is absolutely different story ((( ufff. Pity we saw “ This reality “ after we paid 500 dollars for 3 nights.

The location
When we where going to sleep we found many hairs on the bet, i ask the consoerge for an other room and we pass the rooms 412, 709, 409, 408, two more dont remember the number, and finnaly 406, taking a bet from other room, because i was with two of my kidds… the dirt was all over the mentioned rooms… it was so very late at bight so we stayed but, i wouldnt stay if i had the chance to go to other hotel, my mistake, do not look at the room untill we went back from diner, at midnight… I didnt care if i need to pay again in other place, but it so late that i couldnt convince my familly to get out of there.

Breakfast was OK and Location was good .. However , Washroom flush had issues of water coming out .. Bed was broken from one side and also the sheets were dirty ..floors seemed to be unclean for days
