Everything!! Absolutely beautiful in every way. We felt like we were in paradise. Our family suite was loved by all of us, teenagers included.

The people working were not friendly except for the cleaning ladies and the gentleman doing facility maintenance. They’re the only ones who ever said hola or hi.

best hotel we had on our trip. the breakfast bread was awesome. you can get beers from a freige for 1500 colones. the rooms are just perfect. sone animals in the garden frogs, birds… not far from the city and not far from the beach. we could leave our car for 4 days in the parking lot because we where going to bocas del toro. afterwards we haf a stay for 2 nights again.

the smell of the water in shower is bad. but i think the hotel has nothing to do with it, maybe it is whole cahuita

Beautiful enclosed property surrounded by nature. Bungalow was spacious & comfy for us (2 adults and 2 kids) with a nice big bathroom. A/C and fans made it VERY comfortable. All staff was wonderful, especially Conrad who was SUPER helpful and kind, going above and beyond to help and serve us. Breakfast & coffee was acceptable. Overall was a very pleasant stay!

Toiletries limited to some kind of liquid soap. Would have preferred high-end botanical products to match quality of all else. (This is an easy fix and important for a good experience!) Breakfast needs more variety and volume of local fruits, and especially veggies. Espresso would be nice too. Overall, the restaurant was great for lunch and dinners we had there. :)

Staff were really helpful. we stayed in the 2 bedroom flat and it was brilliant, large terrace with good size bedrooms and living area. The pools were a good size and breakfast delicious. Would highly recommend staying here

Easy walking location to town

It was a beautiful hotel, super tidy and clean. the pools were wonderful and the staff, led by Conrad were so inviting! Breakfasts and dinner were excellent.

Everything was really wonderful! The grounds were absolutely beautiful and staff were very friendly and helpful.

The beds were too hard and we could have used more than one pillow/person. But, overall, it was so wonderful to stay there!
