The location was great, 1 min from the boat ramp suited us perfectly we brought our boat and went fishing, the views of Whangaroa harbor from our room were amazing. Karen & Evan were lovely highly recommend! We will definitely be back.

Location, helpful on arrival, cleanliness of the unit.

the dining room table and seats were flimsy. Sofas were not that comfortable. The unit was difficult to lock.

The view and the room was lovely, bonus with the spa.

We were not greeted by staff, could not get into the room as the door was stuck and when we went to seek help to access our accommodation it seemed that we were annoying to staff as she was not happy to have to help us get into our accommodation. Wasn't a pleasant welcome and service without a smile.

Friendly host who looked after us when we made a very last minute booking.very clean and comfortable in a primo position above the harbour. Wish we had been able to stay longer!

Great place to stay, Karen and Evan were brilliant, room was lovely and big, exceptionally clean and the view was stunning. Highly recommend.

So cosy and comfortable, immaculate room, spacious, fully equipped kitchen. Fabulous views. The spa was great in the evening. Close to boat ramp for launching our kayaks. On the same road that takes you up to the St Paul's Rock walk, which we recommend doing for spectacular views of Whangaroa Harbour.

Great hosts, the spa and views were amazing, the unit had everything you need for a great escape to the far north.

Loved that there is boat parking. Lovely views. Lovely beds and linen. Karen went out of her way to make our stay exceptional. Well equipped kitchen.
