I like the Hotel it's a great place to stay

Toilet is terrible no room to sit. The shower head was falling off The tiles are slippery and water from shower goes everywhere.

only one light bulb out of 6 worked in the bathroom, running the taps made a horrible vibration noise in the bathroom. Bed wasn't that comfortable and pillows were the very cheap ones from KMART. Room was disappointing as it was very old decor and right next to the main road so plenty of road noise. Restaurant had very fancy menu for a 5 star hotel when actually i would give the hotel a 2 star.

Lovely location, straight across the road which led to a beautiful walk around the lake. The staff were so lovely and friendly and the room service dinner and breakfast was great.

It was close to where o needed to be the next day

There was no hand soap in the bathroom. Glasses were mis matched, website options are different to what is on site (ie I thought we were getting a room with bath) also the menu was different. The steak was cooked perfectly but could have had more wedges with it (there was three) they were not heated well.

Room. Pre-booked for 4 occupants so not enough cups, chairs and towels. However was promptly sorted when housekeeping made aware Please put a waste paper basket in the bathroom Lack of wallpaper in the corridor looked petty bad The collection of junk outside our bedroom was unacceptable.

Lively spacious room for our stay. Had everything we needed. Even coiffee & plunger. Restaurant was very well priced & nice. Terrific location. Will be staying here again. Picture of room taken following day.

The foyer was not vacumed during our stay. Linen was stacked in foyer.

Love the room and bed. Breakfast was standard hotel fare but fresh and acceptable. Dinners from menu were fine and service was ok. Most staff are young and in need of a bit of experience. However, they were always trying to do their best and were very polite.

We were dry , i enjoyed the spa and swimming pool . The beds were comfortable.

Shower and kitchen, facilities stopped at 9pm I think 10 would be better.

The location was great, except not being able to turn right when leaving. the bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, staff were lovely.

The shower was a little dirty round the door. There wasn’t enough milk in the fridge.

it was clean and tidy although dated

there were no instructions in the room for the tech challenged on how to operate the remote for the tv to get to things like hotel information. Our door entry cards would not work when we returned to the hotel after an evening out and as we were told we had kept them away from electronic devices

Breakfast was fine although it took to long for the poach egg to arrive

The carpet in the dinning room had seen a better day the condition of the room was good except the size of the shower and the position of the toilet there wasn’t a lot of room, the room smelled very musty when we arrived. The windows could have been left open.

friendly staff, good conference facility

there was a stain on the duvet, a dead cockroach outside my friend’s door, I left my breakfast menu on the door for the next day and it wasn’t collected.
