Best accommodation ever. The host went beyond their power to accommodate us since we arrived earlier than check in and we could left pur luggages at the rooms. Very spacious, I fell in love with it. I will choose it every time I want to stay in Florence.

Very central and large enough for 6 people.

Very well located. Right in from of the museum of the Michele Angelo original statue. Highly recommended

The position of the apartment is great, too bad of the lack of care

The intense smell of mold inside the apartment. Some of the walls even had mold on them, together with thick layers of dust beneath the windows. Upon arrival we were lucky that there was a Glade spray in the apartment, and this made the smell more bearable. Some of the windows were shattered and held together with duct tape. Both bathrooms were from another century, and the showers was miserable.

Location was excellent and the host Lara went the extra mile and was so helpful and friendly!!! Washing machine and rack to hang clothing was so nice. No stairs was an absolute bonus with luggage!! The only stairs is a few to the second bathroom.

Crockery wasn’t enough, no wine glasses, only 2 glasses and a few coffee mugs , we were 6 and had to make turns to drink coffee. No tin opener, no plug for the sink so to wash dishes was a mission. Pillows and mattresses of poor quality. Only one pillow per person was not enough. Toilet paper not enough for 6 people for 2 days. In shower was no utility rack or basket to put soap and stuff on, water didn’t drain properly and with everything on the floor it was a mess! This is small things that can be rectified easily and make it the most perfect apartment. It is so easy to make 6 single beds.
