Limited breakfast menu which repeats everyday. People staying longer don't have much options. Also, chocolate croissant was very limited available.
No in house Gym facility.

Pool is fantastic with a a swim up bar. Beach is directly opposite with the properties own lounges - so beautiful.
The only thing I could comment on is the room could do with an update.

Veldig fin beliggenhet. Kort veg til strand og sentrum. God frokost, servert med flott utsikt over havet. Imøtekommende og hyggelig personale, spesielt han som jobbet på stranden. Anbefaler et opphold her.

El hotel está súper bonito, las habitaciones bien preparadas, nos gustó mucho, los desayunos muy buenos y con vistas al mar y montaña.
Que cierran la piscina a las 19 pm, y lo que peor llevé fue tener que poner la contraseña del wifi constantemente porque se desconecta continuamente.

El alojamiento es impresionante. Una auténtica maravilla y una muy buena opción para pasar unos días en Gili Trawangan.

It has a beautiful architecture, the person in the restaurant is friendly.
It is one of the most expensive hotels in Gili and it did not meet my expectations at all, the location is not good, it is remote and the beach is impossible to swim in, much better is the other end of the island. I paid for a villa because it was the only thing available and it was too far from everything and the pool was very small (not worth it), and it was far from the other pool, you have to pay for bicycles, snorkeling equipment etc… (for the expensive thing they should include it) the poor breakfast, without many alternatives for the value of the hotel I expected something much better, and the place without air conditioning you eat in the hotel drowning in heat. The wifi did not work any day, I had to spend my personal data using the internet. I would not stay at that hotel again. I do not recommend it.

Charging for water after 1 refill. It’s not mineral water bottle we are asking for. Providing one refill per day is not enough.

The food was nice, although breakfast could be improved. Fresh juice would be a nice e touch.

We really like the staffs and accommodation.
In 2019/2020, we stayed at another hotel, but every day we had breakfast, lunch and dinner because the food was simply incredible. This time we decided to stay at this hotel precisely because the food was incredible and to our surprise the food was not as good as 2019/2020.

La piscina es una pasada además de las amacas de las que dispone en la playa y el restaurante tiene de todo y está muy bueno.

Good location not too far from the busy port area, but far enough so it is reasonably quiet in the rooms. Excellent number of beach and pool lounges, and this section of beach is lovely. Great fun cycling to the sunset bars for drinks and watching some stunning sunsets. Restaurant was good, especially dinner on the beach. Restaurant and beach staff very friendly and helpful. Wonderful snorkeling with turtles about 20 minute bike ride north from resort up beyond the port, with lots of beachside cafes with lounges.
As has been said previously the bathroom was like a hothouse as it had a "Perspex" roof. Not the most comfortable bed and bed linen. Room looked directly across onto/into other rooms. None of these criticisms are huge nor deal breakers and I would stay there again.

Modern environment, nice pool & pool bar with different kind of snacks & drinks, spacious rooms with a beautiful outdoor bathroom, excellent breakfast, friendly & helpful staff, good & silent location.

good location and also swimming possible in the sea - not only the pool. 5 min walk to the restaurants
We had the garden room in the ground floor and the water drainage was not good in the shower. But it was not dramatic.

Breakfast was delicious, staff as always friendly so helpful and amazing. The best stay and will never go anywhere else but the Pearl when visiting Gilli Trawangan

The pool was lovely and having their own private beach area was nice. The staff were great especially the pool bar guys. The hotel is perfectly located away from the noisy strip which made for a great nights sleep.
The beach at times had rubbish washed up due to the end of the rainy season. It would have been great if the hotel could have cleaned it up a little.

Excellent location with delightful staff. We were grateful for the hotel generators when the power went out elsewhere on the island.
The hotel pool was dirty and caused discolouration in some members of our party’s clothing. The outdoor bathrooms connected to other guests’ outdoor bathrooms so there was little privacy.

Best hotel on the island. Loved it. I've been many times, but this was by far the best. Make sure you pay the extra for pool view rooms.

Located in a calmer part of the island, but still in walking distance to the restaurants and water attractions.
Rooms are very nice, with all required features. You can find even umbrellas for unexpected rains.
Breakfasts are delicious and have many options.
