Beliggenheden ned til stranden et rev med mange fisk og havskildpadde samt hotellets solsenge, parasoller og god betjening.

Hotellet er meget slidt og trænger til vedligeholdelse. Der var skimmelsvamp i loftet, en tæret vandhandhane og sort langs håndvasken. Møblerne var slidte - en stol gik i stykker, da min mand satte sig i den. Morgenmaden var kedelig. Den øvrige mad lækker, men dyr. Tøjvasken var tre gange så dyr som alle andre steder.

Breakfast could've been a little better Not the hotels fault but the path along the coast to the hotel made it hard to navigate suitcase due to it being washed away and not repaired

Staff were great nice to be on the beach and near great snorkeling

We stayed for one week and had no hot water the whole week and no compensation at all Also the pool was disgusting when we arrived completely murky it took 5 days for them to clear it up.

The place was filthy and run down no maintenance . We had a lizard living in our bathroom. Kitchen area was disgusting and filthy. Fridges didn’t work in kitchen and served warm beer! Could even hire a bike from The hotel to get around the island.

The staff were extremely attentive, helpful and friendly and the location on the beach was good. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel was very safe and we really enjoyed swimming in the big pool. The location was only a short walk to and from the harbour and to most shops and restaurants on the island.

The property was not in the best shape and needs renovating and some TLC after the pandemic. There were much nicer, more affordable options on the Gili Islands. After experiencing the Gili Islands, we realised that this hotel was extremely overpriced. We also found out that the staff do not get given the service charges which are added to the bills because the owner is saving that money to renovate the property. While the property needs renovations, the funds should not come out of the staff's hard-earned service wage. A service wage or tip, by law, is meant to be given to the staff who have earned it.
