Luogo accogliente e molto pulito, camere eccezionali con tutti i comfort

When spending time away from home, it is really important for me to stay somewhere lovely who have kind caring staff. This is certainly what I experienced staying at the Eccleston Hotel. In particular I would like to acknowledge Sue who was very kind, attentive and did everything she could to meet my crazy food allergy needs. I am so grateful. Re my room, it was nice. It had a large bed, good wifi, hot shower. It met my basic needs.

I was surprised at how infrequently the bedroom was cleaned / maintained, and when it was it was to a poor standard. Just the basics were missed, like cleaning / replacing the glasses in my room, vacuuming the floor which was full of dust and long hairs. Also, there were no sockets next to the bed which made it difficult to charge devices. Also, although the bed looked like a large double, it was actually two singles pushed together which made sleeping uncomfortable and disturbing.

Like the way the staff were very helpful as it was our first stay in St Helens and they gave us some good advice on public transport. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming and the food was excellent, we will definitely go back there.

Didn't get the room I booked. Downgraded and ended up paying more than the Booking.com price somehow.. Room in need of a deep clean. Found a toenail on the carpet, disgusting.

Breakfast and dinner were really tasty and definitely worth the price. Hotel room was nice and clean, bed was comfortable and wifi was fast.

They had only english electric socket and no european adapter in house.
