I liked the breakfast. Beds were comfy. Nice to have a small balcony to chill out. Location is very close to the beach and restaurants. Staff are nice. Lots of parking spaces. Very basic but it is what it is for the price we paid.

It’s extremely loud, I had trouble sleeping due to noise from the outside. TV was not working. Needs renovation as the place is really outdated/rusty/dusty.

Room wasn't cleaned properly, found pubic hair in the bed, shower, floor and long black hair in the bathroom. Door was flimsy, didn't feel very safe at night as on the first floor is very easy to access and the door could be easily broken in. Window was jammed shut and next door window was smashed ... Very noisy! Cleaners dragging old heavy wooden furniture arround from 8:30 am .... No chance of a lie in on holiday! Cleaners banging the door at 9am... No sleep. When I enquired, the staff were very rude and defensive. No 'do not disturb" signs for the doors. Towels old and manky. Bed creaky and from 1970s as was the decor. Lift was broken, had to lug my suitcase on the stairs. Had to check in 200m away, walking around in the hot sun with all my luggage to find the check in. No AC Have to pay for fans, WiFi, everything. . They gave me a fan for free... But I had to carry it myself to the other building. No WiFi. Pool was closed due to a group of teenagers doing #2 in the pool... I had to take sleeping pill, ear plugs every night to try to sleep a few hours before the noise started at 8:39am Book only as a last resort!

the location was perfect. The best thing about it was they owned 9 property’s and you could all the facilities.

the only thing was some off the stuff didn’t work in the room but the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Nothing Bona vista was not even open and transferred to another hotel called Playamar by email when went in was told no and was taken to yet another hotel Beijuan across the road with no lift asked to be moved which they did to Playa blanka all from Same group at 75 and 71 years old we are not pleased at being messed about

Location was really close to seafront and shops/restaurants.

No hot water running from the taps. Rooms smelt like sewage and black hairs covering the tiles in shower and bath. Also towels were filthy and stained!

Location is top, about 50 metres from sea and lot of shops and restaurants. There was daily hotel service in the rooms. If I compare proportion between price and quality, this accommodation is good choice for those who just sleep in the room like we do.

Most of meals for the breakfast wasn't very good.
