Property is great. Beautiful outside space and pool. Very well equipped. We had one problem that was fixed very quickly. Great location so near to the beach and restaurants. Cant really think of any negatives!

We had a fabulous week ! We’ve been to this same Villa quite a few times over the years. The owners are really lovely people and so helpful. We have wonderful holidays each time we go there.

Wonderful space outdoors. We were 6 adults, 6 children under 4 and we had lots of room inside and out to make ourselves at home. Beautiful beaches nearby- we loved Agulla and Mandia. Very kid friendly. We had a brilliant time.

The pictures do not do this Villa justice. Excellent accommodation with plenty of facilities. Owner had a personal issue that he had to deal with when we arrived but this did not prevent him from ensuring that we were comfortable and happy with our stay. The welcome pack was most welcoming! Villa close to the beach and within easy walking of some good restaurants. The wifi is excellent. The whole family that included teenagers were very happy and had a very enjoyable holiday. Our first use of Vrbo and any concerns we may have had quickly evaporated.

First impression was fabulous and was still impressed when we left.

The property is fabulous - home from home - so we’ll equipped. The outdoor kitchen with BBQ well used during our stay. Can’t fault it at all appreciated all of the little goodies / welcome pack when we arrived.

Excellent property for family holiday, we’ve never been in a holiday rental so well stocked with washing powder, toilet rolls etc, welcome basket of eggs, fruit etc was an extra bonus. Pool and bbq area was amazing we couldn’t fault anything. Joan was very helpful and quick in answering any queries we had.

Fantastic house for a large family

This villa is simply perfect. It is very well equipped and offered a huge amount of space for our family group of ten. The pool is lovely and the different seating areas outdoors offer lots of options for eating and spending time together. All of the bedrooms are lovely and the air con was very much appreciated! The location is fantastic. So close to everything-restaurants, shops and the beach only a few mins walk away - but tucked away so as not to be disturbed. In summary a wonderful holiday and we can’t wait to return. Joan and his family are fantastic hosts-they could not have been more welcoming.

We were a family of 10 staying on a long awaited 2 week holiday. The villa was truly lovely, big bedrooms, spacious bathrooms, well kitted out kitchen. The downstairs rooms were amazing too, full of lovely traditional Mallorcan furniture, but we were outside in the gorgeous grounds and swimming pool at every opportunity, so didn't really use, apart from the kitchen. The location was spot on, literally a 5 minute flat walk to the stunning Sa Coma beach, plenty of restaurants, Spar supermarket shops, all the usual gift and clothing shops along the promenade towards S'Illot. There is a very large Carrefour around a 10 minute walk away, useful for stocking up with all the general groceries required, and much cheaper than the little Spar shops. Everything about the villa was impressive; the owner provided plenty of toilet rolls, hand soap, detergent for the washing machine and dishwasher, a bowl of fresh fruit, milk, ice and even some beers in the fridge. We had a little problem with the A/C when we first arrived, but Joan (the owner) sorted it out. Bedding and towels were changed half way through our stay. Security was good too. I would certainly recommend this villa, such good access to many things to do for all ages. We particularly enjoyed eating out in a seafront restaurant called Bibabo. We had several barbecues at the villa, there is a very good outside kitchen with built in barbecue and fridge. Plenty of seating and sun loungers. We loved it, our 8 year old grandson cried when it was time for us to leave!

Great vacation in a Nice house with all that you need. The landlord was very good at communication about arrival, the stay and also concerning the Sa Coma area. I can for sure see myself and my family visit the house again …!

We all had a fantastic holiday in Sa Coma three generations of us had a wonderful holiday. The villa was amazing and Joan was a very helpful host. Would recommend to everyone.

We were three generations away, with the youngest being 11 months, 3 1/2 and 6 years old. Perfect place for this purpose. There were both highchairs and cot. Very presentable 30-year-old family villa with 4 large bedrooms as well as a smaller one. All with good beds. Nice Pool area and beautiful garden with an outdoor kitchen that was diligently used. Impressed well maintained. Many small Spar shops with, among other things, freshly baked bread 3 minutes’ walk from the house. 5 min by car to a very well stocked Carrefour Fine sandy beach and seafront in 5 minutes walking distance. We had a few issues which were promptly resolved by our friendly landlord. We really enjoy the stay

We were family of grandparents with 3 adult children with their spouses and children aged 3-7 years of age, 14 persons in all. This villa was more than anyone could imagine. It was so spacious both inside and outside. Everything was clean and well Taken care of. Kitchen was very well equipped.. Rooms were big enough even for families with 2 children. Pool was perfect with 3different levels: one shallow enough for children 3-4 years old, and part of it deep enough to jump and dive safe. Also towels for outside use was a nice surprise. Situation of the villa was perfect for our family, few minutes walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Bigger supermarket within walking distance even by walking Or easily reachable by car. And at last our host Joan was so helpful and kind before and after our stay, as well as during our stay in villa. In all, we couldn’t find anything negative If we even tried.

Thoroughly enjoyed family holiday in Sa Coma - house spacious and garden and pool super. Plenty of activity for all. So close to beach and restaurants/shops etc. Highly recommended.

A lovely villa in a lovely setting and so close to the beach, shops, cafes etc. The villa is as described with lots of space for all ages and even entertaining some friends who live on the island. We can thoroughly recommend this villa.

We (two families with kids) spent a week in the Villa Sa Coma. There was a lot of space for everyone and the indoors as well as the outdoors are very nice to spend time together or just relax. It is a short walk to the beach and restaurants close by. Joan was very accommodating and helpful. We felt at home immediately.

This villa is honestly as good as all the previous reviews suggest. We were three generations, seven people in total, and we had a fantastic time. The villa is close to the beach, but far enough away that it is peaceful and quiet. The outside kitchen and barbeque are lovely features, as is the lounge furniture outside. To sit outside with a glass of local cava, with the children in the pool until sunset, was a beautiful and very relaxing experience (I’m missing it already writing these words!). The villa is very spacious and was spotlessly clean. There is a small supermarket a two-minute walk away, where basics can be bought. A larger supermarket is 1 km away, which is a leisurely 15-minute walk. We bought lots of fresh produce such as vegetables, fruit and fish there. We took a collapsible trolley with us, so it was an easy way to do shopping without a hire car. Bars and restaurants are in easy walking distance, but we were happy to stay at the villa. And last but not least, Joan was a wonderful host. As others have noted, the communication before and during the stay was excellent. To arrive at this beautiful villa with lots of fresh fruit provided, water and beer in the fridge, as well as the local speciality ensaimada, was a lovely touch. This villa is a must for anyone wishing to spend some quality time in Mallorca. If we are ever back in the area, we will definitely go there again.

Had a fantastic week at villa with family. Great villa fantastic host good communication., catered for all our needs travelling with two babies. Everybody had a fantastic time. Beach and restaurants 5 minute walk.

Everything was perfect! The host was really amazing and available to us at all times for questions and suggestions! The house was huge, clean and had everything you need for a comfort stay. Total recommendation!

Communication with Joan the owner was exceptional, before and during our visit. Unfortunately there was a problem with the electric kettle but Joan delivered a brand new one within a couple of hours. The villa was lovely and spacious and our three grandchildren were in the pool all day. Location was fabulous too. Just a few minutes walk to the beach and local shops and restaurants. We came in a party of 9 (three generations) and would definitely return again. Our three grandchildren aged 4-8 all said it was the best holiday ever.

Joan, Thank you for allowing us to use this amazing property, it had everything we wanted on our holiday. It is wonderfully decorated and the facilities are of a very high standard. We had 4 generations of our family staying at the villa and there was so much space it was impossible to get on top of each other. Our children and grand children loved the pool area and large garden. The property is also so convenient for the beach and local restaurants. We had a fantastic time I would recommend the villa to any large families.

The villa is exactly as the listing describes and absolutely beautiful. Fantastic size for our three family holiday - 5 adults and 7 children! We had a few problems with the air conditioning which was sorted immediately. The villa is family run and Joan came and met us at the villa on two occasions which we thought was lovely. Location is fantastic, right near the beach and shops. We planned to eat out much more often than we did but we all enjoyed eating in the beautiful garden and kids loved playing in the pool until late. BBQ and outdoor kitchen area is great too. Towels and pool towels are provided as well as basic washing items. Fantastic villa would definitely recommend and we hope to visit again. Thank you Joan and family x

We were a family of three generations, we had a fantastic stay loved the villa great location , only minor niggle was that there were no plastic glasses for around the pool would definitely recommend.

We stayed in the villa last week as a family of 9 and can honestly say it’s the best villa we have stayed in yet, perfect location and a perfect size, the children had so much room to play/run around and the swimming pool was a great size. We have now booked to come back next year and we already can not wait. Thank you Joan and family for letting us stay in your home

Brilliant holiday

We were three generations of the same family and the accommodation worked really well. Plenty of different areas and the outdoor kitchen was a huge hit. The house is well stocked - no shortage of towels, glassware, crockery etc.. The pool area is really nice and the sauna went down a treat too. The house is a short, flat walk to the beach and there’s a Spar shop really close by too. The beach at Sa Coma is lovely and absolutely ideal for young children as the sea stays very shallow for a very long way. We definitely recommend the house and the resort.

A real gem of a villa, superbly located and peaceful yet only a few minutes stroll from amenities and the beach. On arrival the villa was immaculate, with all modern accessories readily available within the property. It comfortably housed two families and we would have no hesitation on returning - thank you for a wonderful holiday.

We stayed in the absolutely beautiful villa for our wedding. We was left an amazing and thoughtful welcome pack with fresh bread milk water juice and fresh fruit. Unfortunately we got burgled on the day of the wedding but the owners was amazing so helpful even taking us to the police station. We would definitely go back

Our family liked the villa so much that we were really sorry to leave it! It is so nice, clean and modern! So comfortable and gorgeous! Anyone who wants to spend their holiday in Mallorca with comfort and pleasure must come here! A beautiful beach nearby, shops and cafes near the house! Just in 100 meters. So don't think! Just come and enjoy! If I have a chance, I will come there again with no doubt!

Everything you could ask for and more . A real home from home the facilities are fantastic inside and out. The location is perfect quiet at night for a peaceful sleep but shops bars restaurants and the beech within 10 minutes.Joan the person who oversees the running of the villa is so polite & helpful if there is any problems. All in all a great place to spend your holidays and perfect for families
