I liked how peaceful it was.

Only thing I didn't like was there was no coffee and milk in the room.

No tissues in the toilet and no hand wash was provided. Car park is at the rear and u have to walk all the way round.no body at reception u have to figure things out yourself.

There was needles found under the bed. It wasn't clean

Had a sink in room 6 had no running water Cupboard door by sink had fallen off there was only 3 clothes hangers to sort clothes out The room below had some meeting going on could hear them all talking till gone 11pm the lad across the hallway was banging doors all the time & I never once seen any management the whole time I was there view from my window was a mention fire exit

On suite not up to much hot water wasn't hot bathroom seemed to be sunk in cut foot on a nail sticking up on bathroom floor,

Bed was comfortable

The stairs to 2nd floor were dangerous. Never once saw any staff instructions emailed on how to get key from security box. I like to deal with people in person.

Amazing price for two nights stay. Secure(ish) parking. (It’s quite a walk to get to it. Not allowed to go thru the downstairs cafe as it is a Seperate concern. So have to walk around the block. It isnt a locked car park. But it’s very well security lit, and quite private to the building

The mattress on my room was horrendous. Was like laying on a bed of nails, but springs. Perhaps they don’t know .. coped by using duvet as a topper

Tje bedroom was cosy and warm

Didnt like the stairs to steep but everything else was brillxx

Had to turn mattress around put the bottom at the top , top was a little springy apart from that everything was fine

Location was great for where we needed to be

To be alerted to the fact that attic room is not great for tall people and we felt there was a slope in the flooring. We had a flashing light in the bathroom which was very annoying however this was rectified the following day. The hot water tap on sink needs replacing.

Very cold 🥶 heating doesn't come on when you need it the most. I have spent 20 years in the building trade so am use to the weather and freezing on a cold winters day. So if I say the room is very cold then take it that's its cold !!

Decent walk from car park to entrance, not great if you struggle to walk or have heavy luggage.

The location was good.

Not the owners fault but we paid for a double room en suite but had a single with shared bathroom toilet. The whole three days there was nothing heating,,was so cold and owner was not there when he said he would be.

It was very comfortable and was very near to the local amenities

No breakfast could have had a toilet. Also only 2single sockets, also no wardrobe

More sockets or double sockets. Check in a bit confusing owners of coffee shop not very nice.

The TV didn't work properly the hot tap on the sink was terrible

Conney the cleaner was excellent, friendly, and did a first class job otherwise nothing else, not recommended

More like a half way house , mental guests , no tv , poor response from owner

Pleasant enough. Breakfast is take what you want and eat in your own room.
