Had a great time, the condo was better then other places I had stayed on the Island. I would defiantly stay again.

Condo was very nice & had everything we needed. The place was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The living room space and kitchen were a nice size and area to socialize. The full size fridge and ice maker were nice for all our needs. We had no trouble getting in our room and great communication with the property owners. The pool and pool area were great as well. I would definitely recommend this place to stay at!

We have stayed in many properties on the island but this condo exceed all expectations. I would not hesitate to stay their again.

Both were great. The $3 shuttle to anywhere on the island is quick and convenient from this location. The only complaint we had was that some of the kitchen utensils were dirty and/or broken.

The rooms were beautiful and the staff that was onsite was super helpful with hooking us up with a golf cart and giving recommendations for food locations, etc. I did not feel crowded or inconvenienced like I do at a hotel. This was truly a comfortable, nice experience. Will be back!

There were some minor concerns as we arrived the door to the washer and dryer were off the hinges and I replaced, the headboards to the beds were dusty and the grill dirty and hard to start. The pool on thursday had not been cleaned until about 3 pm. The staff were great we had a golf cart delivered to us and it was super. The staff we met and or spoke to were great. Hope we can stay there again next summer.

Reviewer Comments: When we arrived the condo smelled like it had just been painted, that along with the AC set at 74 made it uncomfortable to be inside. After doing the initial walk thru to check for damages I found stains on carpet and couch cushions. A closet door was unhinged and off the bracket. There were no sheets or towels. A positive was when I contacted property management they sent someone right away. My group was going downtown so it was a good time for their team to properly clean and set up the condo for us. When we came back at night we had everything we needed but the paint smell stayed the entire time. For what we paid ($1000 for 2 nights) we expected it to be 5 star. Plus the fact that they have a 2 page check out list for their guests to complete before leaving. It’s a bit ridiculous. We will stay at a hotel next time where they have maids clean your room daily.

Good proximity to everything. Very nice to be able to reserve golf cart in advance. Biggest disappointment was cleanliness-could tell floors had not been mopped in a LONG time (bottom of feet black and sticky), mold on shower curtain, and lots of dead bugs on walls and in light fixtures. Beds not the most comfortable, closet door broken. Kitchen area was well kept, internet and cable were a plus. We did have a very nice trip regardless, but had hoped for cleaner based on the price paid.

The condo was clean and the pool was nice. Definitely had enough space for the six of us and the kitchen had all the amenities we could need. Location was great! Since it’s off the main drag a bit, it was quieter and closer to the Miller Ferry, which we took.

Not too far from town and it was so much fun to sit outside our condo at night and chat with the neighbors as well. I would recommened this to anyone who just wants to get away for the weekend or if you are having any kind of party (bachelorette trip, anniversary, or just getting out of town). I wouldn't necessarily recommend bringing kids during the weekend because this is more of a party island.

The condo was very clean, modern and spacious. The pool was nice but at this time of year too cold to actually swim. Our golf cart was there waiting for us and staff was nice and helpful. You need to bring sheets and towels including for the kitchen. It is not walking distance to town so a golf cart is recommended. We had a very nice stay.
