Beautiful apartment. All the facilities you will need. Food for breakfast already in the property. Nice and clean. Garage or off street parking which is a bonus.

On a busy rd. bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper like me.

Large and clean apartment with a nice kitchen, very well equipped, and a nice table; the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom large and beautiful; everything was clean and well kept; the host (that lives in the same house) was extremely kind. The apartment is placed 10 minutes by foot from the town so the center is easily reachable and has the advantage of having a car park place just near the entrance of the house.

Nothing wrong, everything was good - just to underline (as a note - not as a complain) that one should not expect to communicate in English.

The family are very kind and very responsive to our needs. The breakfast provided was superb.

We had to pay to use the washing machine which was not stated in Booking.com

The aprtment is beatiful! And exactly like in the pictures. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and in the bathroom, bed was very comfortable and there is lots of space for luggage and to move around. The owners very the sweetest, very caring and made the whole check-in pretty fluid. They give you stuff for breakfast so you make it on your own and that was the best, cause you do it on your rythm. We really recommend :)

It can be a bit loud when you open the windows, since it‘s by the street. But we were there in October-November and as it was colder it didn‘t matter. Also the location is not directly in the city centre, but very easily reachable by foot.

We stayed for 3 nights in late June 2022. Arrived from Prague on the Regiojet coach and got slightly lost due to google maps directing us down a route that was closed off. Got to the apartment but no doorbell so gave Iva (the host) a call. Greeted by a kind gentlemen (Iva's father) who duly showed us around the studio. I liked the huge bathroom. Breakfast was provided for our stay. Apartment stayed relatively cool when hot outside. Loved that I could Chromecast to the TV and that the wifi was very good. Host provided us with umbrellas which was a really nice touch.

Noise from the traffic when the window was open. Really bumpy path to the apartment from the coach station, recommend against taking wheeled luggage. About 25mins walk from Český Krumlov attractions but I guess this is the trade off for the price.
