Everything about the apartment is beautiful. The host is so thoughtful and hospitable. she made sure everything is taken care of. We felt sad about leaving the apartment and hope to return again one day.

Communication with host: The host provided us with plenty of direction on how to get to our unit as it was located uphill. They were very responsive with questions we had during the trip. Room: The place met our expectations. It was spacious for my wife and I. The views from both sides of the unit were fantastic! Location: It's a bit of a climb from the train station to the unit so set your expectations properly. But all 5 towns will be hilly. Once you climb to the main area there's restaurants and shops you can visit.

there are a lot of steps to get access to the property but they are well worth it as the views from our room “Ripples” was spectacular. Bed and pillows were very comfortable.

There was a problem with the electricity to this room, it kept cutting out but Elisabeth’s did her best to resolve this ( it still continued). unfortunately the fuse box is at the entrance so there was a lot of going up and down to get it to go back on!)

Overall, the stay was pleasant and comfortable. We happened to meet the host when we arrived. She was very friendly and kind to do an introduction of the room and facilities. We enjoyed chilling at the balcony, and enjoy the view of the ocean.

Beautful views from two windows on either side of the apartment. Great snacks/breakfast provisions provided by host. These were a godsend! Very prompt, friendly, and efficient communication with the host whom we never met. Great directions and easy access to the apartment. Cute beachy motif. Modern bathroom.

It is a long steep climb, but we knew that. Makes for good views!

Exceptional in every way. Elisabetta, the owner, included a welcome package with 2 souvenir cups, champagne, water, coffee & tea. The bright room and modern bath was wonderful. Especially enjoyed sitting on the small balcony overlooking the sea. Absolutely breathtaking. Appreciate the cleanliness, extra towels, plates glassware and silverware.

The only suggestion I have is to include a pint of milk in the refrigerator since cold cereal for breakfast (Special K, Cornflakes) was provided.

If you like romantic, spa-like retreats with charming nautical decor, spectacular views out both sides of your room, a patio with for sipping wine on, and a hostess who really cares that your stay is everything you could want, then Le Storie di Manarola is for you! A reception packet greeted us when we arrived... and extras that were included in the room cost were everywhere! All the modern conveniences you could ask for what a wonderful place! Absolutely nothing!

Our host Elizabetta was so gracious! She left many wonderful gifts including drinks, snacks and a tote bag with beach towel. The view from the apartment was absolutely stunning. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of sitting areas. The bathroom was very nice and was filled with shampoo, gels and lotions. It was a very enjoyable and comfortable stay in this rustic and romantic village of Manarola!!

Arriving from the train we had a straight uphill climb to the apartment. We packed way too many clothes thus too many cases to carry.

Very modern room with a beachy feel. We loved the view from the small balcony. The shower was fabulous after the other places we stayed that were much older. The snacks were also great. Location was close to everything we wanted to do. Would totally stay here again.

The front door sticks, so it was a little tough to get in, but didn't really stop us.

We had a marvelous stay! Very easy to get to from the train station amd I am so glad we chose Manarola as our home base. We loved the views, balcony, quick communication, self check-in and snacks waiting for us! Bed was comfortable and so nice to have a little fridge. Not huge, but perfect space for my teenage daughter and I (or 2 adults and 1 kid).

The room was extremely well stocked with lots of packaged food, condiments, water milk and wine, sweets, etc., All of which were free. The small balcony overlooked the sea and the window on the other side of the room overlooked the mountain, village and also the sea.

Location: I could see north and south of Manarola from windows of this room. The owner was very lovely and kind person.

There was not enough public parking area. This location of the room was very far from Parking. This relates not only for this accommodation but for all accommodations in Manarola. Tourists are not allow to enter to Manarola area by car.

Everything ! The collection of keys are convenient ( keycode by the door) so u can check in anytime. Place is about a 8-10min walk from the parking. A bit of stairs and then u can roll the luggage all the way up towards the hotel. Clear instructions given by the owner on how to reach. Sea view from all the windows of the room ( one side faces the classic postcard scenery ). 5-8mins walk down to the train station. The property has 2 rooms and owner was so nice to give us a free room to stay more comfortably. Room and toilet was clean and spotless. Toilet has rain shower. There are water and some snack and even a little gift waiting for the kids in the bunk bed. Nothing to complain about.

A single room might be a bit small for a family of 4 but we don’t really need much space as we are out most of the time .
