Pradeep is an amazing guest who is sharing tips, stories and kindness with you. His guesthouse is very well located, close to the temples. Rooms are clean!

-We stayed at 9 guesthouses and 3 hotels while we stayed in SL for a month. They had the FASTEST WiFi (SLT Fiber)! Since they have a generator, the modem stayed on even during a power cut. -The owner was more professional than other guesthouse owners. Very pleasant

Being close to the exit of the ruins didn't help much.

The owner is great! He cooked exceptional traditional dinner and breakfast. Nice garden and common area.

The room is very basic. The furniture is quite old.

The guest, Pradeep, makes this a worthy place to spend a couple of days. His english is fluent enough to have a basic conversation and he is a trustworthy person. Also, if you feel like to go to a safari, he can offer you a safari in his own jeep to Kaudulla or Minneriya. We did it and we were very satisfied. The location is also very good, just a few meters from the exit of the "Ancient Polonnaruwa" site, so it is very convenient. Pradeep can help you to rent the bikes. The room is "correct", so don't expect too much, but at least it has A/C.

Very nice place in it's own little garden. Rooms are clean and comfy. You can sit on the outside and just watch the animals, there are tons of monkeys to observe. Location is perfect when you go to the ancient city, it literally is next to the River Nature Park. The owner is a nice guy, very helpful and the dinner was alway amazing! 10/10 Thanks a lot.

The breakfast was delicious and the host is friendly and helpful.The place is quiet and comfortable.we spent there leisurely .Recommended as a nice place
