The small houses was really nice, bog windows that let the natural light going inside, everything is super clean and the host is helpful. Fully recomand it, the best accomodation so far and I have the feeling we wont find a better place to stay for a similar price.

Manque de professionnalisme certaines fois. Le premier soir on nous propose le dîner. Nous réservons pour 20 heures arrivé a table nous avons attendu presque une heure. On nous avait oublié et nous avons mangé froid. Mais par contre le repas nous a été facturé au prix fort. Un peu cher pour manger froid Personne ne nous a demandé l’heure pour le Check out et nous avons dû sortir nos valises nous même.

Rozumiem dobre noty, jednak trudny obiekt do oceny. Brat właściciela- świetny gość, uśmiechnięty i pomocny- wszystkich zna, wszystko załatwi. Na miejscu ma własnego jeepa, zabierze na safari i pokaże całe mnóstwo słoni :) zorganizuje również wycieczki i transporty. Basen w otoczeniu przyrody super, fajne miejsce na chill. Osobne domki zawsze na plus- pierwszej nocy dostaliśmy 103, świetny, przestronny, wykończony, super łazienka. Śniadania bardzo dobre (jednak codziennie to samo- niezbyt na długi pobyt) Na zamówienie kolacje- smaczne, ale bardzo drogie i małe (3 miseczki dodatków i wielka misa głównego składnika- ryż lub makaron). Świetna przyroda, dużo pięknej zieleni, zwierzątek, ptaków- bajkowa sceneria :)

Okazało się, że nasz domek jest zajęty i dostaliśmy na pierwszą noc inny (103- świetny!), po czym na kolejne dwie zostaliśmy przeniesieni do 104- uważajcie, który domek dostaniecie! 104 dramat- gołe betonowe podłogi, drzwi się nie domykają, nie działają kontakty przy łózku, łazienka mała, prysznic beznadziejny- w porównaniu do 103 jak inny ośrodek, szok. Właściciel niezbyt miły, wiecznie niezadowolony i tylko nastawiony na kasę i dodatkowe płatne rzeczy- tym dziwniejsze to w zestawieniu z jego miłym i uczynnym bratem :) Bar nieczynny, brak alkoholu, piwa, napojów- to tylko fajnie na zdjęciach wygląda. Ostatniego wieczora po całodniowej wycieczce nie mogliśmy odpocząć przy basenie- grupa miejscowych zrobiła tam imprezę z muzyką, skokami do wody i kręceniem tik toków. Przy wymeldowaniu, mimo zapewnień na bookingu i informacji w rezerwacji- płatność tylko gotówką w rupiach. Po pokazaniu rezerwacji łaskawie umożliwiono płatność kartą ale... z dodatkową opłatą. Kolacje na miejscu bardzo drogie, jak w najlepszych i najdroższych restauracjach.

Little resort in a beautiful location surrounded by exuberant vegetation. Dinner and juices delicious. Nice swimming pool and friendly staff.

- sehr aufdringliche Begrüßung ohne Zeit zum erstmal Ankommen - Pool Abends nicht beleuchtet & Poolbar sehr selten besetzt - Bettdecke hatte große Brandlöcher - unter den Kissenbezügen waren die Kissen gelbfleckig, die Matratze war richtig dreckig, ekelhaft. - Kühlschrank schmutzig, Gummidichtung verschimmelt - kein ausreichender Handtuchhalter zum Trocknen (nur ein Halter im Bad für 1 Handtuch) - keine Ablageflächen im Bad (außer für Shampoo an der Dusche) - Das Frühstück war in 4 Tagen jedes mal das selbe - kein Moskitonetz vorhanden - Müll wird im Garten verbrannt

The place is beautiful, the rooms were very comfortable and clean, and the swimming pool is a great plus. The team is great and looked very carefully after us.

The breakfast and dinner were good but quite expensive compared to Sri Lankan standards. The hotel is a bit isolated and you will need to walk 20 min to get to most nearby restaurants.

Proche des lieux incontournables. Bel endroit, piscine propre, un bon petit déjeuner. Seul bémol la forte odeur d’humidité dans la chambre du au manque de fenêtres. Sinon tout était très bien.

The host is really nice, helped us with everything! The room was really spacious - booked for 4 people and had a house for 5, really nice! The surroundings are so beautiful and tropical - it is a dreamy escape!

The brothers that run this place are incredibly kind and helpful. Anything you need help with, they have you covered. Location is great, walking distance to the Lion rock and main area of the village. Can do day trips for safari and explore the cave / golden temple in Dambulla or other areas by driving from this location, too. We stayed in the chalet with the private pool, which was so amazing to cool off in after a day exploring. We had the traditional Sri Lankan dinner both nights of our stay it was so delicious. Some of the best food we had.

The only thing we didn't like is that we only booked two nights, wish we had stayed for longer!

Hôtel et personnel parfait. bonne situation proche des restaurants, hôtel et piscine entourés de jungle où les singes sautent de branche en branche. RAS je recommande cet hôtel. Le personnel fait le chauffeur de taxi et de tuc tuc à un prix très raisonnable.

Location for Sigiriya Rock is really good Good level of general cleanliness in room. Staff were helpful on arrival and for helping to locate driver’s accommodation nearby.

There were 5 of us in a group, but we were only provided 4 towels and 4 sets of slippers. When we went to ask at the front house, there was no-one to be found. One of the bed covers had dried stains of blood (which looked like were potentially from bed bugs). It looked they had tried washing the sheets but the stains had not come out. There were minimal toiletries provided for 5 people (two small bottles of shampoo - about 25 ml each); no hand soap, shower gel or hair conditioner - free toiletries had been advertised as included in the room). We had been told that breakfast started at 7am, which sounded great as we had to leave at 8am. When we got to where breakfast was meant to be served at 7.15, nothing had been prepared and the staff were cleaning the area. We were told breakfast would be ready in 10 minutes, and we waited until 7.50 but there was no sign of breakfast so we ended up leaving without eating. Lastly when we tried to pay using card, they told us there would be a 3.5% surcharge which wasn’t advertised on the page. As a result of the above, the best the resort could do was give us a 7% reduction in total costs (inclusive of driver accommodation charge). The final thing was that the resort tried to then cancel the booking after we checked out, which seemed a little odd/raised suspicion that they were trying to prevent a bad review.

Beautiful location with a lovely pool to cool off in after a day out. Food was good.

Staff weren’t always easily accessible but were very helpful once available. Food service was slow. Breakfast was exactly the same each day. On reflection, having now experienced other similar places to stay, the food was quite expensive.

Our villa was lovely and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The grounds of the property are very pretty and it’s a very relaxing place to stay. It also isn’t far from Lion Rock or Pidurangala Rock. We had dinner one night at the resort and it was the best curry we have had during our time in Sri Lanka.

There can be a bit of a wait to get food at breakfast or dinner. All the food was delicious though :)

Great secluded little spot in amngst the forest. Detached villa style room with lovely garden paths to get to all the areas of the small boutique resort.

Entrance is a little under-whelming with no Reception area and very confusing to park and actually check in. I wandered around for ages looking everwhere for a Reception, and finally found a house keeper who helped me. No real Restaurant, and the room had power issues and very little water pressure. Pool area was nice, with quite a few frogs in there with you.
