As an extended family group of 14, this was the perfect house for all of us .... ages 6 mos. - 76! This home beautifully accommodates many with a neighborhood location, easy access to local stores/ groceries and major roadways to Old Town and area sights. Inside the home, the chef's kitchen is well stocked with complimentary paper towels, detergents, a variety of spices, plus numerous cabinets and cupboards housing an abundance of dishes, glassware and even hand crafted pottery serving pieces! You will find lots of gracious details all around this extensive home: several eating areas and sitting rooms(inside and outside), more quality towels than I ever saw in a rental home, a console piano in the family room, puzzles and games to entertain, not to mention the amazingly private outdoor space with a huge hot tub, and a custom outdoor kitchen and grilling area. Phenomenal! All this, plus the most comfy new mattresses we have experienced in all of our VRBO years! I cannot recommend this well appointed, extremely clean and well cared for home enough. The owner, Anthony, is responsive and generous in making sure every guest has the best experience he can provide. Thank you, Anthony. It was such a pleasure being your guest. My grandson graduated from UNM on Friday and we had 15 people join us to celebrate his achievements. In-laws, ex-laws, and friends all had plenty of room to spread out and not get in each other's way. The home was centrally located and had everything we needed to feel at home.

We had a great time with 9 adults and 5 kids and there was more than enough space to spare. The space is very kid friendly with tons of seating areas that worked well for a multitude of conversations without being loud or overwhelming. The kitchen and bedrooms were well appointed and we had no concerns or problems during the stay. Our hosts were also immediately responsive and very helpful with a late checkout. Would definitely stay again!

This home provided the perfect stay and privacy for our group travel. Highly recommend for teams, large families, or corporate groups. Tons of space, clean and comfortable. Owners on top of any issues and such Lovely pleasant people! We had a great stay!!!

We had family in town for graduation weekend and Parqhouse was perfect. The house was very clean and was well stocked with dishes, towels, linens, etc. Anthony was quick to answer my questions and made us feel right at home. The outdoor space was great for gathering friends. We enjoyed the outdoor cooking area, sink, hot tub and all the seating options. Will definitely try to book here for other family events. Our tennis group made a trip to Albuquerque for a league tournament. The location of this house is fantastic as it is across the street from a public park with tennis courts. The house easily accommodated our group of 10 and we loved all the outside seating areas. We were able to do team meals at the house and everyone was able to have their own bed since there are many rooms. Our return flight home was delayed 7 hours and the owner of the house was great as he accommodated us with a late departure. Any questions I had about the property were promptly answered. I highly recommend this property and will hopefully stay there again for my next tennis trip.

This property is right across the street from a pretty big park which is nice. The house itself is done in pretty bad taste mismatched furniture and obviously not professional renovations, seems to have involved lots of trips to Home Depot and thrift stores. The hot tub is in a kind of cage in the backyard, which is very narrow. Several jets didn’t work in the hot tub and there was a seat missing which the owner had repaired in a very ugly obvious way. The house has bathrooms and bedrooms tucked in various places, and the art is terrible and nothing goes with anything else. However, if you don’t care about aesthetics, or having a view or a real backyard it offers a lot of beds and bathrooms. And there are various seating options and outdoor eating options in the narrow backyard. And different areas for different groups to gather so I think if you’re just looking for a place for a lot of people to stay and be able to hang out in different areas it works OK.. the beds were comfortable the bedding tacky. Owners were nice, but came back in several times after we checked in. Carpet in master very dirty needs to be replaced or professionally cleaned.

We rented this property for a wedding weekend so that our college /med school age friends of our son (the groom) are together. It was a lovely setting - the hosts were super gracious, they walked us through all we needed to know, communication was impeccable. Can’t speak to comfort of beds as I didn’t spend the night there, but for a bunch of young people reuniting for a weekend I am told it was perfect! There’s a ton of room, the house seems interminable as the hallways keep winding. I think overall 15 people spent two nights there and we will rent it again next time!

Everything we come to Albuquerque we try to stay at this property. The amenities are great. This unit is so well stocked with towels, and kitchen appliances. The check in / check put process is among the easiest I have dealt with usi g VRBO properties. Highly recommended

Our stay across from Montgomery Park was a marvelous family holiday. We learned Pickleball then soaked in the hot tub. This a a great house for a large group- great gatherings areas as well as spaces for small private conversations inside and out. 💕

This property worked very well for all of us, from 7 grandchildren ages 2 up to 12, to several 70+ year olds. Comfy beds, lots of towels & blankets, fully stocked kitchen, lots of games & puzzles, & right across the street from a park. The bubbly hot tub was a hit with the kids in the cooler weather! Great location, close to Costco, Smith's, & other attractions.

We rented this house for a family gathering before our wedding and a place for the wedding party to stay and celebrate. It was amazing. The host is exceptionally friendly and responsive, the property is spacious and is perfect for hosting. We enjoyed the hot tub, the bed was comfortable. The kitchen spacious. I’d definitely recommend this place !

A bunch of us from our church motorcycle ministry stayed for the weekend. We had a fantastic experience. We were met by the hosts who were thorough and professional. Super responsive. This property is amazing. Bedrooms are plentiful with comfortable beds. Sony bathrooms. There is just so much living space and gathering areas. Back patio area is amazing and so nice to unwind in. Everyone in my group truly loved this property.

Every single thing about this property was even better than expected. We had a large gathering of family and friends in town for a memorial service. 12 of us stayed at this property. We also hosted a brunch for 30 on Sunday morning. The cupboards are stocked with dinnerware and glasses for a gathering this size and bigger if needed, using generous outdoor seating areas. We did not even use all the beds, and every couple had privacy and their own bathroom. The area of town was nice and access to the park was pleasant for walks. We did not have time to use the front cupboard sports supplies but they were available to us. Very quiet and peaceful setting. Although this is an older home it is well maintained and spic and span to every corner. Beautifully decorated. An almost embarrassing riches of towels provided! Loved it.

We came to ABQ for our son's wedding and rented this home with friends and family. It has tons of gathering spaces so we never felt squished or on top of each other. The hot tub and outdoor lounging areas were fabulous! The check in seemed a bit long, but that is because there were many things to cover. (I would suggest more labels on switches & cupboards to help with that.) I appreciated the signage and instructions that were posted. The one down side to our stay was the abundance of black ants. They were mostly in the kitchen and bathrooms, but I found some in the bedrooms, too. We used the Raid that was supplied under the kitchen sink, but it had minimal effect. Perhaps professional extermination is in order? Other than that, it was a wonderful place to stay!

Anthony was very responsive before and during stay. Great outdoor space with lots of activities included. My Chef husband loved the outdoor kitchen area when cooking for a large group. Highly recommend and hopefully can return one day for a reunion.
