This is one of the most comfortable, well-equipped and well-located beach house we have been to and we have been to Rosebud, Venus Bay, Warrnambool etc. The bathrooms are luxurious, the beds and linen are soft and comfortable. The kitchen is also well-equipped for cooking/drinking. Most importantly, Stacey was very attentive and communicative. We would definitely recommend this place to everyone (families, couples, overseas visitors)!

The bbq does not generate the heat usually required. We think that when it was plumbed in to natural gas that the jets weren’t changed as they need to be when changing from lpg to natural You might want to check it out And please provide more than one set of tongs Overall we had a great time and will be back next year

We have rented several places around the world and this house was definitely one of the best we have rented. Owners were always quick to respond to our questions and requests. The house was very clean and had very clear instructions and easy access. Lots of room for the family and loads of toys for little people as well as board games for older people. Great backyard with a play structure for little one's as well as access to the garage. Coming home from the beach you can go directly through the garage with your wet things to an outdoor shower and a clothes line. Kitchen was well equipped and spacious. BBQ was large and near the large table so you could eat outside. Great couch in the lounge room to stretch out and watch a movie at the end of the day. Beds were very comfortable as well with very nice linens. We loved that we could walk to town; or walk to Griffiths Island for a hike where we sometimes saw Wallaby's. Short drive to East beach which was fabulous. Downtown Port Fairy is awesome with great clothing shops, kids shops as well as bakeries and restaurants. Would definitely vist Port Fairy in the future and would rent this house again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our family stay at this beautiful property! The kids were so excited by the playground and toys in the play area of the garage. Everything was pristine and so comfortable. Location was amazing. Communication with Stacey was so quick and easy, it made our stay a breeze. We can’t wait to come back!

Home was very equipped with everything you would need. Kids loved the toys and backyard. Beds were absolutely the best I’ve ever slept in. Only complaint was we were slightly cold in the lounge room/ kitchen area at nighttime with just the ducted heating on so we did use the reverse cycle at times which helped the area be more comfortable. We all enjoyed ourselves and would definitely book again.
