Spur of the moment staycation. Everything about the property was accommodating. The only problem I had was the constant removal of wildlife from the open pool.

Bad experience with this property because after the first day or so the toilets backed up and flooded the back room.. the owner is trying to tell me we flushed paper towels.. all the people at house own houses and know not to do that it’s common sense.. we had to leave and get hotel down the street.. they told me after hanging up on me at 11 at night that they would get there tomorrow??!! With no toilets.. nice!!had to throw out 300 in food and get hotel I want all my money back since I wasted money on food and paid more for hotel than the house!!

We really enjoyed our stay!! The pool was the best part. I could hardly get my kids out of it! The home has been updated, and is very nice! We took advantage of the washer and dryer since we packed light. We spent most of our time on the back patio around the pool during the day, and in the big living room at night. The only faults we could find was the master shower pressure was very light, and the walls in the kids bedroom needs a wash. But, those are very minor things we could live with in this beautiful home!

Pool was great, but needed cleaning...full of leaves. Needs a better Pool Vacuum system and pool furniture needs to be cleaned or replaced. Everything else was wonderful and we had a great time!

We had a nice stay at the property. The backyard is really the selling point, the pool and patio are really nice. The house itself is more “ok”. It could use some minor work/attention to detail. The location is centrally located to Fort Myers and Naples which was really convenient and offers lots to do. You definitely do need a rental car to get around the area but the beach and restaurants are all within minutes of the property. We were happy with the management company, they were very responsive and helpful.

We had a great week visiting Florida. We thought there are pros and cons to this rental on Los Amigos. Giving it 4 stars rather than 3/3.5 as some of the cons might not be an issue for some renters. Pros: very comfortable beds and linens. House had plenty of room for our family of 4. My messages/questions were replied to in a timely manner. Cons: the first thing we saw when pulling up to the rental was overflowing garbage and recycle bins. Lids up with garbage both piled up in bins and some on the ground. Not a great first impression when spending money on a trip. Messaged manager and he said the renters before must not have taken it out with no real solution. We were fine taking it to the curb, but I feel something that should be addressed in the future. 2 of the 3 bedrooms do not have dressers. This was challenging as I had packed 2 kids plus myself in one suitcase. I ended up laying a sheet on the floor and piling our clothes on that. Master bathroom had hair all over the floor when we arrived. The pictures show a covering over the lounge furniture in the backyard. It is no longer there. There were a couple lounge chairs in the back (not shown in pictures so maybe they were some extras) that were really filthy. Full of mildew or something you wouldn’t want to sit on. Looked like the smoke detectors had been taken out of the ceiling. I noticed them in a plastic bag in the hallway. The one smoke detector I saw ended up beeping for no reason one morning and we had to take it out of the wall and turn it upside down against a towel. Which left us with no working smoke detectors that I saw which made me a little nervous. We ended up not using the pool at all. It was constantly full of leaves (there is a net to get them out and can appreciate that this is not a problem because of there being trees) and my young kids did not want to be in it with the vacuum and hose moving around. Overall it was a nice place to be in the mornings and night and we kept ourselves busy during the day doing other things.

I would come back.

Stayed three weeks. Property manager was very responsive to needs and questions. Took good care of us. We liked having a gas grill, bikes, and beach chairs. During high season, intersection to the main road, Bonita Springs Blvd, is a nightmare. Pro tip: cut thru the parking lot at Aldi! As others have mentioned, the towels are thin. Manager replaced a twin comforter because it was badly torn when we arrived. He also provided a blender when the one supposed to be in the kitchen went missing, and provided or repaid us for the cleaning supplies we requested due to our extended stay. We reported anything we broke. The pool is not heated, but the backyard is the oasis it appears to be in the photos. Loved it.

Could use linen update but overall nice.

This property was well depicted with pictures and you get what you see. The neighborhood the house is located looks a bit run down but it is about a 1.5 mile walk to downtown where we got coffee everyday. My only complaint was there was a big moving truck in the driveway and while we were there someone came and got it and then another day we returned to the house and it was back in the driveway. I would have liked communication from the host as to who was coming by/whose truck it was as it felt invasive. Outside of that it was a pleasant stay

House was as listed and in very nice condition. Owner quickly responded and had maintenance problem fixed immediately. Would definitely stay at one of their properties again.

Mike Z reality is the worst! There was no communication therefore we didn't get to go on our trip. Still trying to get my money refunded from vrbo! I will never recommend or use vrbo or Mike z reality again!

This is a good location not far from the beach, restaurants and the grocery store. The management company was great to work with and super responsive. Checkin and check out process was so easy. The bed in the master was super comfy and there is tons of seating outside. Two really small things: 1. no shower curtain on the master shower but it’s a really long shower so it wasn’t bad about getting water everywhere but it was a bit odd and 2. The main room needs a bit more comfortable seating. The love seat and 2 occasional chairs only fit 4 out of 5 of us. Overall, we enjoyed our trip and the proximity to the beach and groceries and restaurants. We were also only a short walk away from a fantastic coffee shop and an ice cream shop in downtown Bonita. Thanks for the hospitality!

We enjoyed this property and location. However, we found the parking of their advertising truck in the driveway of this VRBO renal home kind of tacky and could have used the extra room for our own cars as we were all meeting there for a wedding at La Playa.

Beautiful house. We had a great time. House is really comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. Mike was really attentive. First day the pool was not clean, water was cloudy and had a weird smell. Next morning, pool guy came over and we were able to use the pool, My kids enjoyed to relax at the pool after a long day at the beach. The fridge is missing some shelves and the drawers for vegetables the rails were broken so every time you use them , it fell. The cleaning people didn’t clean under the bed in the master or sofa in the living room. We found shoes under the bed, bottle of water under the sofa, Also the fridge was dirty with food from the last tenants and the stove top was also dirty. Overall is a great choice. We appreciate the beach chairs, cooler and all the supplies. Thanks

Nice remolded home close proximity to everything without the high price of beachfront

This house was perfect for us and our two dogs! We appreciated that the kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked with towels, shampoo, paper products, etc. We felt right at home in this house.

We were here for just 3 nights while we visited my elderly father in the area. We enjoyed sitting outside and relaxing every day after our visit. Everything we needed in the kitchen to make dinner every night. This wasn't a vacation, but had it been it was nice that beach towels, cooler, bikes and floats were available.

This house was the perfect location for a family event we were in town celebrating. We were close to family, restaurants, grocery stores and ice cream! The neighborhood is very quiet. The house was very comfortable and clean. It was perfect for our family of 5 to stay a couple of days in Florida. Our kids loved the pool and outdoor patio the best! The owner was very responsive.

The house itself was perfect and had everything we needed and more. As previous reviewers mentioned, the trash can outside was overflowing before we arrived. Also our power went out twice for a couple of hours during our stay.

The home was nicely decorated. You had everything you needed. The manager was easy to contact. Very close to shopping and restaurants. My husband would drive to Dunkin’ Donuts every morning for his morning cup of coffee. It was a quiet, safe neighborhood. We loved the salt water pool and enjoyed relaxing in the private backyard. The home was nicely decorated. The only issue we had was with the trash pick up. The trash from the previous renters should be removed from the home before the next renters arrive.
