Property was clean. Stairs to upstairs a little wonky, but sent the kids upstairs so all was good. A few roaches but it's Florida, so.... grain of salt. Pool was nice. We would definitely stay here again.

This place is great if you’re looking to stay close to Duval Street. It’s right behind Fat Tuesday and close to all the major attractions. Has a nice community pool right behind unit and a fridge/stove as well. Check in process was easy and you can pay $20 to park a vehicle right up front.

First impressions were great location, place was very clean upon arrival! Fit our needs perfectly. Loved the art work on main level, cool vibe, very well appointed! The stairs and elevated bedrooms were interesting. Must be very careful going up and down stairs, for sure. Did try to contact management a few times but didn't have luck. Also, had a crazy fire alarm situation on morning of checkout that was really unpleasant. Smoke/fire alarm went off for at least an hour, in complex. Was the most piercing alarm I've ever heard, you definitely wouldn't sleep through it. Fire dept came, was a bit crazy. No one could figure out how to turn off alarm, so it blared for the entire last hour of our stay. Made packing/cleaning up super stressful, to say the least. I'm sure after this, they've figured it out. Otherwise, it was great. Can't beat location. Would definitely stay here again!

Great time in a perfect location.

This was a great location for walking to everything - pool was nice and 3 bedrooms was great for all of us to stay at one location. As older couple - there were some dangerous areas (steps and sunken floor in bedroom and low ceilings - and very skinny steps going upstairs) so we had to be extra careful. Did contact site manager and took 2 calls to get a response satisfied but they were very friendly. Also had some bug issues after a few days (which is reflected in cleanliness rating) but that may be common in the area.

This villa was is a perfect location for a short stay in Key West. The location was close to Duvall Street, but without all the noise! Mai, with guest services, texted us promptly at check in time to make sure we had everything we needed and was very helpful when checking out.

Very convenient location for walking everywhere since we didn’t come by car. Very cute house!

The Rose Lane Villas are a great location! Communication with the owners for the check in process went smoothly. The place was clean and well stocked. Definitely would recommend!

My family enjoyed staying in this property. The location was excellent - walkable to restaurants, stores, Mallory Beach. The property is old (as are most buildings in Key West) and needs some updating but everything was clean and in working order. The staircase in the unit is very narrow - could be difficult/unsafe for some guests (older guests) to manuever. The pool is beautiful.

Great location! The house was plenty big for 3 family couples to stay in. The back outdoor staircase was a big plus for easy access upstairs late at night. We loved the heated pool as well! Management was easily accessible and worked quickly to solve any issues we had.

The location is ideal. So easy to walk to all our favorite places! Very quaint villa that had the space we needed. We appreciated the nice touch of having coffee, sugar and creamers!

Great location. Things to improve: Big: Wall unit air conditioners in the upstairs rooms (esp the master bedroom) were really inadequate and barely made it tolerable at night, and completely intolerable during the day. The living room wall unit AC unit was very loud, making conversation difficult at times, depending where people were sitting. The furniture (couch and chairs) were really in such bad condition. You could feel the metal coming through when you sat on it. One dining room chair was broken and there were only 5, so one must have been discarded at some point. Small: The kitchen was equipped with the very bare minimum. There was no blender. For $100 investment, a blender and a few additional kitchen implements would have made our stay much easier and more enjoyable as we did a lot of cooking. The outside pool porch cushions were pretty tired, but the set up was nice as was the pool and pool area. Also the bottom floor bedroom AC was outstandingly cold and that bedroom and bathroom were pretty nice.

The location of the property could not have been better. Clean. Fast response when anything was needed from property management. Staff were courteous. Will book again!

The photos of this rental are not accurate. The ceiling was leaking all over the kitchen and the bathroom upstairs did not have any hot water. The upstairs is not made for anyone taller than 5'5". Sorry for the negative review, but I would have rented another rental if I knew these were ongoing issues

This was the perfect spot for our short stay in Key West. It is in the heart of everything. The pool offered a nice respite from the July heat.

Adorable Villa in awesome location. Would definitely come back here again. Only thing to be aware of is a 10 AM check out, not a normal 11 AM check out.

We were all in town for my nieces wedding and what a great time we had! Location could not be better....right in the heart of everything. Great to have the pool to come back and escape the heat with a little relaxation and recharging!

This property is beautiful and in the perfect location. It's within walking distance to almost everything on the island. We didn't rent a car; just took car service to and from airport.
