Very noisy & hot - had to move rooms because the smoking balcony (in 2023?!) was right outside the only window, blowing smoke in (they kindly allowed me to move rooms). The rooms at the front (including my replacement room) are very noisy as the premises are at a junction with agricultural, heavy goods vehicles etc stopping, turning then accelerating away.

Very pleasant hotel in a small village..It is perfect for the technical museum. It is clean and comfortable and has free parking and a small supermarket nearby.

Not the hotel's fault obviously but please note that all the restaurants in the village are closed on a Monday and you will need to drive 10 minutes to a nearby town to find one open

A lovely old classic German "gasthaus". Although the hotel is located in the center of a small town, it is very peaceful and quiet. Nice staff. Excellent and affordable cuisine. The cheaper rooms are in a very nice new building in the inner wing. Pleasant sitting in the beer garden. The kitchen is closed on Thursdays, but there is an excellent kebab/pizza (open until 10pm) and grocery store (open until 7pm) within walking distance. An excellent starting point for the technical museums of Speyer and Sinsheim and historic Heidelberg. Don't forget to also see the beautiful Steinsberg Castle in the nearby village Weiler (3.5 km away).

Hotel was not up to date, very old furniture and staff was not really friendly. Breakfast was very poor and absolutely not worthy to pay the extra 8euro for.

Nice people, free parking. Initially I was a bit afraid that I won’t sleep during the night due to the noise coming from the restaurant that is downstairs, but around 10pm it was totally silent and I had a very good night. Basic however nice room, comfy bathroom.

I found a spiders web in my room. Noise coming from the risto.

Breakfast good and fully sufficient. Staff is very friendly. Pleasant stay

The setup was a bit weird with owner away from the acual room. Having said that, the room ws ready and spotless clean so my only real complaint is that the WiFi was down and not working at all.
