The lobby was nice and luxurious feeling

That the staff were rude. Our check in person was rude. However, the cleaning staff were so lovely. I wish they were on the front desk instead. The rooms are tiny. Nice but very small for the amount paid.

Unfortunately the computer system went down, and we were waiting over an hour to get to our room. Which meant the purpose of booking the room would've defeated the purpose of booking so close to the venue of the show we were going to that night. There were no other options to get ready unless using the gym or public toilets in the foyer. We also expected friends to arrive and we all had to wait in the foyer. OTHER THAN THIS... everything was perfectly fine. But would hope that if systems went down again, there'd be other options instead of sitting in the lobby.

The room was so nice and I loved the shower. The chefs and wait staff when we went down for breakfast were all so friendly aswell and so helpful

Beautiful comfortable clean room. Very quiet for sleeping. Comfortable bed. Rooftop bar was exceptional!

Duvet was a bit hot

lighting and comfort in the bedroom. You need bedside lights not down lights. A hard seat at the desk is not friendly!

No privacy in the bathroom which is separated from the room with a glass door.

The accommodations were very average, lacking basic amenities such as smart TV facilities. When I called to inquire about additional amenities, my phone call was diverted to another country. Upon arrival, I discovered that they did not have a sauna despite my earlier inquiry. Given the price I paid, I found the accommodations to be underwhelming. Despite the reputation of the associated brand, I would not recommend this branch.

nice and modern, the Rooftop bar is amazing- overpriced but worth heading up there for a couple of drinks for the vibe and view, staff were professional and helpful.

Disappointed there was no parking included with the price of the room and valet was $50 per night. The room could have been a little bigger.

Staff and facilities were first rate.

Small chaos with billing that was sloppy practice rather than systematic failure. Readily fixed by great staff, just should not have occurred.

Tye staff are so ver the top amazing we forgot a bag in the shuttle and they did all the calling and delivered the bag to our room within 30 minutes So helpful and friendly greeted everyone as they came in A 5 ++ stay

Clean comfortable - good bed. The roof top bar was great as was the gound floor restaurant - Momos to die for!

parking valet at $50 per night was steep - also T&C's of taking no responsibility in case of valet damaging car when psrking is unacceptable!

didn’t realise the issues with parking, they don’t tell you when you book, valet is first come first served otherwise you have to park in a public car park somewhere away from the hotel
