Breakfast was good, staff were very attentive.

We really liked the balcony in our bedroom. It felt very nice to relax in there after a long drive and the view was quite good. The room had everything we needed to cook and it had enough space for too people. The breakfast had a lot of choice, and the room was very big.

I guess the only thing I didn't like was the fact that one of the curtains in our bedroom didn't work, so there was a lot of light in the morning. And another observation, but not to any fault of the hotel: there is a LIDL (i think) and a Mercadona nearby. However, I don't recommend walking there because it is a long way down that you have to go up again. You can take a bus both ways (or just going up) or you can go by car.

The room was clean.

The layout of the room was very poor. Advertising a kitchen in a place where the stove is at 5cm from the bed is purely a joke. The staff was rather rude, especially a young lady that didn’t let me have a coffee and come back for breakfast was also a terrible experience. As well as getting kicked out of the lounge that « closes » at a certain time is also none acceptable for the price being paid. I am very disappointed and do not recommend this place.

The room was decent, the breakfast was nice and the staff was really helpful and friendly. I liked the gym as well. Small, but what more do you need. There is free parking and a short bus ride into town. Good accomodation for 1 or 2 nights.

It was raining a lot when we were there and than the location is a bit of a bummer. We didn't want to stay the whole day in rainy and windy San Sebastian, but it's a bit of a hassle to take the 20 min bus journey multiple times a day. There's nothing to do around the hotel. Not much the hotel can do anything about though.

A clean quiet place to spend time. Buses just across the street takes everywhere. The breakfast was great. The staff were amazing and very helpful. Cristian advised a frw places and they turned to be the best I tried in town.

For people who does not like too tight space may not like it, but it has everything. So it is a matter of preference.

We had 2 connecting rooms for 4 people. Both rooms have a little kitchenette which comes in handy. The hotel is surrounded by tall trees and the leafy outlook is very zen. Aircon is available and is a must for hot Spanish summer. This hotel offers a self serve laundry opens 24 hours. Suits us perfect! There is also a small gym. Plenty of offstreet parking.

The location is far away from old town and beach. For us, we are ok becos we have a car. This is not a hotel for visitors if they rely on public transport. Breakfast was the same everyday. Quality is ok but eggs, bacon and frittata can be at least served warm instead of cold. The rest are pretty standard. Housekeeping once every 2 days.

Very stylish apartment, well equipped & spacious. Clever & modern design. Sumptuous buffet breakfast, tables nicely spaced out. Great balcony & very quiet. Very Comfortable bed. Bus stop minutes away to reach town centre; super easy & cheap too. This is Spain after all!

It has everything one needs and checkin as well as checkout were very simple. Good bus connection to the city and nice deli right next to it.

We only stayed at this place for 1 night. When checking in the staff was very friendly and we got an upgrade to a bigger room. The room itself was spacious, modern and clean. We liked that there were plenty of free parking spots in front of the hotel.

If travelling by car, this is a great place to stay. There are quite a number of free parking places and a bus stop is just around the corner (the bus will take you directly to San Sebastian city centre - rather impossible to park there!). A very modern desig of the studios.

An electric kettle would make it an even better place to stay.

Buses to town were regular and great. Room facilities were very good.

No English speaking TV (or english subtitles. Very annoying.
