Piccolo neo , per un hotel 5 stelle, i teli e gli asciugamani un po’ usurati … peccato!

We were charged for an additional half of our stay after checking in and paying in full. The amount was refunded when we brought it up but a request to speak to a managerial staff after it happened went unanswered. We had to call housekeeping one day to remind them to come clean the room

Rooms are large and clean and, at least from high up, have a fantastic view. The buffet breakfast is as good as I've had anywhere. Lovely if small pool and attached restaurant. The lively beach and harbour area is close by.

The lobby seems small and crowded for such an otherwise great hotel. We seemed to spend a little too much time queuing for check in and check out.

Beautiful presidential on the top floor with great views of the city and beach, breakfast was incredible, all the staff were very friendly, the check in staff were very pleasant and professional.

The air conditioning was not working the night we stayed so it was uncomfortably hot inside the room, the staff brought 2 fans for either side of the bed so sleeping was bearable. When we were taken up to the 43rd floor to our suite, the receptionist up there was not expecting us and made us wait over 20 mins whilst she summoned housekeeping to check the room was okay for us to go into, before she would issue us with the key cards, we felt this was unnecessary, especially after a long day travelling, we just wanted to go in to our room, freshen up and go for a long walk, but were made to wait with our cases by the reception desk on the top floor.

Everything was at the highest level. We’ve spent some magical moments at this hotel and enjoyed every second of it. The view was spectacular, the rooms big and clean, the staff absolutely impressive and made our stay memorable. One of our best stays at a 5 star hotel. They went above and beyond to make my wife’s birthday to remember and I am really pleased that we chose this hotel. Alex the Concierge booked the best restaurants for us and made us have a true culinary experience in Barcelona! Thank you for that! Breakfast impeccable, the 2 Michelin star restaurant to die for! I highly recommend this hotel if you want to have a true 5 star experience.

La habitsción nos encantó. Todo muy elegante, muy limpio y con unas vistas preciosas.

No nos gustó que para el precio de la habitación el miniclub no estuviera incluido y ver poca variedad de amenities.

The attentiveness and hospitality of the hotel staff is next level. I have stayed in many premium luxury hotel and must admit that this hotel is amongst the best. The beach front location, Room size, upkeep of amenities was superb. Can't recall all the names of staff who always went out of the way for all we wanted. Very happy with our stay and highly recommended for the families.

The hotel did amazingly well. However if hard pressed for some suggestions to improve, the checkin time was slow in my case due to some computer failure but could be one off issue. Also there is some construction going on in the property which while drilling makes lot of sound. This was not informed prior to checkin.

Location is great! Wonderful view (but you should remind about your category of the room, because you will get bad view). And breakfast are mouthwatering!

During our staying we had lots of problems with bathroom, sewerage, unexpected broken glass on the the table! (Thanks God everything was okay with me, but if not… if there were kids…😱🤯 And the worst thing is that hotel didn’t apologize and we had to pay all costs!!! Terrible!

Excellent service, excellent view. I have almost never slept better. The room was huge and exceptionally clean. As it was my fiancé’s birthday they arranged a cava bottle and balloons in the room. Very seldom to receive this type of service in Spain. The spa was also an absolutely recommended experience. We will come back for sure. The experience is very much worth the money.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und renovierungsbedürftig. Vielfach sind Teppiche schmutzig und befleckt. Die in der Minibar angebotenen Getränke und Schokoriegel sowie Chips sind unverschämt teuer. Eine kleine Flasche Wasser kostet 10€. Obwohl das Hotel fünf Sterne haben soll, hat es keinen beheizten Pool. Folglich kann man im Herbst bei circa 17° Wassertemperatur nicht schwimmen gehen. Für den Sparbereich werden für 45 € pro Person verlangt. Unverschämt!

Chair below mattress same color as carpet when you enter and when lights are deemed you don't notice it Therfore its hurts a lot in the legs when you heat it as very pointy not enough sponge to make it safer Also beds are very sharp on the corners the mattress does fit well so risky again had knocked myself at night
