We liked the room with good location, reception staff specially Mr. George was very helpful and animation team was very nice.

Bed sheet and quilt wasn't clean

The stuff was not helpful and very rude. They've held me for 2 hours in the morning not providing a room after a night flight and forced me to go to another hotel to the ATM because they were not accepting cards.

It's a very nice hotel. The room was very comfortable. The staff was polite and helpful. The hotel is a very big territory with beautiful swimming pools (and 5 minutes walking from the sea). Also there were nice shows for kids in the evenings

The friendly staff, specially Abd El Rahman in the reception, animation, and the recreation team. The venue is nice, clean, and wide, by the sea, and has many swimming pools.

Staff were incredible. Pool was very clean as well as access to anything that could be needed for a long stay

Everything was amazing : room, facilities, location, cleaness, Food and staff. More than great special thanks to Mr Michele nady the professional guy who made our days. He will be the reason to re visit the resort again. Many thx again for everything ❤️

Everything from the beginning was just perfect. Really nice and helpful staff. There was plenty of food and great variety of vegetables. Location is also amazing, just 5 minute walk to the beach and if you are really lazy person, the hotel gives you transfer to the beach every 10 minutes. If you need something to buy you’ve got a shop just in 7 minute walk. Animators team made our evenings with a lot of jokes and funny conversations. Magic Man Khalifa showed real magic and was so kind and funny every evening. Animators team don’t bother you if you don’t want to come somewhere or participate in the night show. There’re so many swimming pools and some even with the bar. The territory of the hotel is clean and really big. One day we lost our phone on the territory of the hotel and it was returned to us on the reception. When we were checking out early in the morning before the breakfast, the receptionist gave us a breakfast to go. Definitely would recommend staying here!

A lot of people who drink a lot of alcohol and don’t know how to behave. They’re rude to staff and to other guests. But that’s not the hotel’s fault.

House Keeping Staff are friendly

- Food taste is bad with no variety - Reception Staff is not professional at all - Facilities are not actually available (e.g. kids' club), they even lost the key of the kids' club. - Beach is too small and very crowded - A lot of pool bars are not working and you have to walk 100 meters to get a drink - Some Kids Pools are not clean - All Kids swings are consumed with no maintenance, watch your kids because swings may have a failure at any time - No kittle equipment in the room
