Lovely spacious, comfortable, convenient and quiet apartment

The view was spectacular. And the apartment was very spacious.

The bathrooms are outdated. And the door to one of the bedrooms kept locking itself, so we had to put a shoe in door way or entry via the balcony.

Friendly staff, good location, room size & balcony roomy. Basic starter pack in kitchen & laundry.

Dirty foyer on level 19, carpets lifting, The room smelt on arrival of previous cooking, which I aired out. No air conditioner in bedroom. The bathroom is worn out. The shower needs to be resealed to get rid of rust. The ironing board collapsed on my foot after it had been up for 24 hours.

Very good location. Nice spacious apartment great views! Beds were really comfortable nice pillows. Water pressure great in ensuite bathroom as well booked a two bedroom.

A little dark and the extra bathroom shower pressure was a little soft.

It was a great location. Close to the venue where we were attending a concert and close to shopping and dining. The view from the 38th floor was fantastic too and it was a long way from the noise at street level. The was a full size fridge, oven, gas hot plates, a microwave oven and dishwasher.

We had 5 adults and were provided with a trundle bed. Sadly there was no extra pillow or blanket for this bed. There was one extra doona (no cover) that was mouldy so was unusable. The staff member checking us in tried to charge more for the trundle bed even though I had corresponded with the hotel previously to ensure the trundle bed was part of the cost for the booking for 5 adults. Luckily I still had the correspondence and she didn’t charge us. The sheer curtains in the bedroom either a balcony were ripped and had what looked to be blood marks on them. There was only one small air conditioner in the lounge so to get cool in the bedrooms you had to leave to door open and turn the fan on. Some of the light fittings looked badly installed or broken.

Room was a little stark. a few cushions would be nice. Kitchen could have had just a bit of supplies like a coffee maker.
