noisy , thin walls so you can hear your neighbors and lots of construction on the road outside . rooms are basic .

As the most renovated hotels they don't pay attention to soundproof walls made from plasterboard. You can hear everything from the rooms around. Also the floors are very cracky noisy . Not recommended for people who don't want to wake up early.

The hotel was centrally located, great value for money, clean and the staff were very friendly.

I'd say almost perfect. Clean and big enough room, comfortable bed, staff very courteous, position super central and cozy, located in a quiet street. All for an overall affordable price.

Soundproofing needs to be improved. You could easily hear what's going on next door, or in the hallway.

I didn't like the late check-in, which started at 14 o'clock. I think it's late !

The staff was really kind and helpful. The hotel was really quiet. not much noise from the street. I had a really great stay. Well located for visiting and restaurants.

The only thing is that we hear the noise outside the room in the corridor, maybe would be good to unsonorize the doors.

Very central but quiet location. Staff so competent helpful and just nice people. I lost my case padlock keys and the maintenance man came in minutes with bolt cutters - fantastic service. The hotel is so elegantly furnished with large landings to sit and chat - also a lounge with piano. Lovely place, staff and location Couldn't be bettered.

This hotel does NOT HAVE a restaurant and bar which is open. Its website has that the restaurant and bar are temporarily closed. How long is temporary ? I was informed that it has been closed for over a year and there are apparently no plans for either to re-open. I think it totally dishonest, indeed a lie, to state that it does have these two facilities. In reality, I have paid for two facilities that dont exist. Turn this around and ask yourself; if this hotel stated that it did not have a restaurant and bar, would you still book it ? I certainly would not have. I'm amazed and indeed shocked that travel companies are turning a blind eye to this falsehood and continuing to display this dishonest advertising on its website.

Exelent breakfast with, eggs, fresh fruit juices, more kind of breads and many more (everything you need for breakfast). Also there were more as 10 kind of cakes. Really comfortable bed. Exelent location and nice personal. I really recommend this hotel.

You will hear walk noises from other people on the corridor. But that is only minus of our stay there.

Great location, right at the heart of Porto. Not so big,, but hood value for money. Parking possible nearby at Garagem Comércio do Porto during 24h with 50% discount (20€).

Cleaning could be improved. There was some hair on the bathroom floor.
