Love this wee bach. It's our favourite plasce to rest and regroup. Enjoyed the new lounge furniture but missed having two couches to blob on.

Host is easy to reach. As for the property, the view of the surf at Whale Bay is beautiful, from the hot tub on the deck or through the floor to ceiling glass from inside. The kitchen is well equiped. The bed is very comfy. And the stars where bright! If we go back to Raglan, we would book this property again!

My partner and I both needed a weekend away to disconnect from the world and we got it. The place had everything we needed to cook and entertain ourselves. The spa pool was a great hit anytime of the day. And the tv never got used.

We stayed here on the first night of our honeymoon in NZ! The owner was so accommodating and made special arrangements to have a card and bottle of NZ bubbles waiting for us upon checkin! The property was amazing, we couldn't recommend this place enough!

Amazing views of the waves breaking just beneath the house. Really warm and clean. Spa on the deck was fantastic. House had everything you’d need and was in a great location, not too far from town but far enough to feel like it was a bit remote. Highly recommend

Great little holiday stay. You can hear the waves crashing, surfers provide great entertainment, the gardens are a pleasure and the house itself is really comfortable for a couple. The beds are great, couches I'd consider for home and the hot tub's a treat.

Very nice relaxing break, fab kitchen and amenities. Stunning views! We were not too keen on a firm bed (maybe a topper would help) but thats just us. Overall experience was great and have recommended to others

Great communication & super easy checkin & checkout process. Loved that Julls was flexible with terms if Covid scuppered plans. A private spot even with other guests downstairs and well equipped - would book again.

Ideal place to getaway for a few days to unwind. Great views with a spa pool. Only suggestion for improvement would be to have a couple of sun lounges available. Would definitely consider returning.

Perfect Winter Getaway
A perfect spot for a Winter getaway (and would be fabulous in the warmer months). Everything was exactly as described. Communication with Julls quick and easy. As we were arriving a little later Julls arranged for lights and heating to be on for us which was most appreciated. Great views, very comfortable house with everything you could want and spa was perfect. Would definitely return.
