Location was good.

Very noisey, no double glazing. NOT fully refurbished as ad says, chairs ripped, paint peeling off ceiling. No 'cloud soft' mattress topper as stated in ad. Very small room, not worth the money charged. Staff rude and argumentative. Locks on windows broken and room smelt of mould/mildew after being closed up for the day. Would never stay there again.

Friendly but missed our pets. An area where the units are separate from the main building would generate more clients and revenue.

Wifi was slow. Rooms didn't have ironing facilities, the property has a laundry but it is only open 8am-5pm which is unsuitable for business travelers. I used the door bell at reception multiple times at 7:30am to attempt to get a key for the laundry and noone could be bothered answering the door despite living onsite. Unacceptable, I will not be back.

Room was adequate, unfortunately spotted at least 3 cockroaches in the room. parking was random, first come first served.
