Incredible charming hotel with the friendliest and most helpful staff you with find anywhere. Filled with a mix of Spanish, Basque, and tasteful 19th century decor. I would recommend this hotel to over any other in San Sébastien.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. Honestly everything was perfect.

Lovely homely feel to the hotel. My kids really enjoyed the breakfast room and the outside area. My son didn't eat too much of the buffet breakfast so they didn't charge me the full rate.

It was fine for the price

The hotel is nice, the staff is very helpfull and has parking which is perfect for the location.

The breakfast was not what we expected, but it was fine.

The location is great close to the town but quiet with stunning views. The staff is just simply fantastic, made us great suggestions without even asking etc just 100% top service.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we had to leave early so didn’t try breakfast but we were able to have coffee which was provided in the dining room.

Our room faced the road and it was a little noisy with passing traffic but it calmed down after midnight.

Good size room, clean, good breakfast. No issues with parking. Bus stop outside the hotel for the city centre which run every 20 minutes. Great view of the city below. Would stay here again if visiting San Sebastian. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Beautiful location, cosy family hotel and such a nice people! We got many useful tips, happy greetings every single time and always they there to help you with their 24 service. The city bus stops in front of the hotel and within 10 min you are in the city center. We definitely recommend this place with the very kind people, the good breakfast and the clean rooms.

Location out of San Sebastián but very easy and not expensive to catch a bus to the town. Very peaceful surroundings and room had a beautiful sea view and balcony.

Lovely family owned traditional Basque hotel(fast disappearing)Quality dark wood and tiled interior. Very clean and comfortable, good buffet breakfast with stunning view from the breakfast room. Extremely welcoming and helpful staff. Would highly recommend. Would definitely stay again.

The hill top location was a beautiful, quiet setting with a gorgeous view of the ocean, fruit trees and nice gardens on property, while still a very short and convenient bus ride to town. The staff were very inviting, the parking was easy and accessible to the property. The room was comfortable, clean and had a very generous patio to enjoy the outdoor hill top views.

Lovely personnel, great views from the salon. Each day there were fresh cakes for breakfast. Small playground and a picnic table in the garden with amazing views. Located bit outside of the city centre, with a great bus connection. Muchas gracias por todo!

The mattresses were quite worn out.
