Everything. The staff were so polite. So wonderful and caring. They even noticed I hurt my foot and asked me if It was improving and wished me well. Absolutely impressed with the facilities. Would love to come back. Well located. Facing the jal mahal. The staff even helped us with an itinerary for the days we were there as I wasn’t too sure what to visit. They gave us brochures and helped us plan for a fantastic trip. Wish the staff were like this anywhere we went. Cause what wonderful people. Thank you.

The Verandah restaurant is really great for trying Rajasthani thali.

The wifi does not work well on the pool area

Rooms need renovation.. looks like coffee shop is small as per nos of rooms … morning wait for breakfast can put full day schedule on challenge ..

The location was great - it was right opposite to Jal Mahal and easily accessible too. The vibe of place was calming - we were greeted nicely, and accompanied to our room as well. The guy on the bar cafe was also sweet.

I think they should give one complimentary mini-fridge service. Ideally because, the hotel is expensive and post travel, a guest wants something eatable. So, it just enhances having one complimentary mini-fridge service or make a few items for free for the first service.

Reception staff were helpful cos I felt sick during my stay.

We stayed there for 3 nights, had buffet dinner at the hotel on the first night. Some dishes were super salty. We provided feedback to the chef and staff but they explained that those were specialty dishes from northen India. I had diarrhea starting from 5am the next morning all the way till noon. I called the reception and asked to have a doctor to come in. Fortunately my diarrhea stopped after taking the medication. Unfortunately I had to stay in the hotel all day and also only had plain white rice with hot water for the next 2 days.
