The breakfast was nice but it felt limited. I’ve been to hotels where there has been a lot more variety. The hotel decoration and cleanliness was lovely.

The pictures online need to be updated because when I got to the hotel, it was a lot more busier than the images made it out to be. For example, the pictures do not show the café and bakery next to the hotel. The hotel is also on a main road, which is not bad, but it would’ve been good to know how busy the area is, And the pictures didn’t show that. Also, the gym was incredibly small, which was disappointing given its a five star hotel. It was small the machines did not function properly and it was just such a demoralising environment. Whenever I went to the gym, there was no one in there anyway because that’s how small it was.

Location was excellent. A 3 min walk to the main Ortakoy area, and on a street with many shops and restaurants. Room was very comfortable and staff was friendly. Very new and modern looking hotel.

Очень скромные завтраки. Выбор очень малый. В первый день ужинали на 6-м этаже. Принесли счёт в лирах, лир у нас не оказалось. Нам пересчитали в доллары и показали на экране калькулятора цифру 300 с лишним, вероятно, думая, что мы «с разбегу» заплатим. Я спросил, действительно ли такая сумма… «Ах, да, простите, ошибочка, на самом деле 100 долларов». Осадочек остался! Другие бы на моем месте подняли шум, но мы решили не возмущаться. Одно это не позволит мне в будущем повторно поехать в этот отель.
